Serenity is the Best. They are so involved with their tenants and always doing fun and interactive things. They Celebrate everything including their residents. I gave Serenity Assisted Living a month in advance payment of $2700. He was staying at Havasu Nursing. He passed away 12 hours later. They were notified immediately of his passing. I also gave them $500 to hold a room. Which was only 4 days before he passed away. He hadn't stepped one foot in their establishment. They will not refund my money. I have been trying since November 2013. The latest excuse was they were going to take out bankruptcy.
