I reached out to inquire about paying out-of-pocket for respite care for my mother, and I was impressed with the honesty and the genuine care I received. Instead of taking my money, they took the time to review our situation, identified that my mom‘s insurance would actually fully cover her respite care. I am thankful for their help and highly recommend them to anyone navigating senior care!
Anchor assisted living provides personalized care, and treats patients as family members. I am grateful to have my loved one have such a great and empathetic care team.
We are incredibly grateful to have found Anchor Assisted Living for our loved one. From the very beginning, Raj, the owner, and Mary, caregiver, have been absolutely wonderful. It is immediately apparent how caring, attentive, and passionate they are about the residents in their home and the care they provide. The entire move-in process was smooth and well organized, from completing the paperwork to getting our loved one settled and comfortable. Raj went out of her way to make him feel special, welcomed, and truly at home from the moment he arrived. Placing a loved one in someone else’s care…

Placing a loved one in someone else’s care is such an important decision, and it means so much to our family to feel confident that he is in good hands. The kindness, patience, and personal attention they have already shown him have given us tremendous peace of mind. We are so thankful for Raj for the warm, caring environment she has created at Anchor Assisted Living. We feel very fortunate to have found such a wonderful home and would highly recommend them to any family looking for compassionate and attentive care for their loved one.
My father placed his girlfriend (of three decades) in Arden Villa She's got dementia And I took her out for visit with my father and when I brought her back to Arden Villa She was calling me asking me to come back and help her So she was confused But the odd and sadistic message that was left on my voicemail by the Arden Villa staff member was very disturbing taunting saying "Hello Hello" and then laughing and something spoken in his native language. Now they are restricting me from talking to my dad's girlfriend. I've filed many compliments with government agencies and ombudsman went out for Service check but still No Body has seen this lady. Police only tell me she's okay??? The dementia residents nieces have had problems with staff.
Within 24 hours of my dad moving in, they lost his dentures. This is a big deal for someone who is dying and can already barely eat!!! There is not adequate staffing or food. My dad drastically declined during the short time he was in this home. His cognition was declining, he was so uncomfortable living in this group home and so anxious to get out. A Medicaid hospice nurse visited him after 1-2 weeks of living there and immediately removed him due to the living conditions and his decline. He passed away one week later. These are ACTUAL PEOPLE who have families that love them and are trusting you to take care of them!!! I am so mad and sad. This place needs to be shut down.

Still waiting on a refund for services paid for by insurance and was charged twice, maybe after this poor review I will get a reply.
This is the worst place EVER!!!!! My mother, who had a stroke was left in a corner in adult diapers, even though she had no problems with incontinence. We were harrassed constantly about the money we 'owed' her for the providing of the adult diapers, as well as for her care there even though she was in the process of getting medicare and medicaid which would have paid for her care. [Removed] is way more worried about her money than she is about the people in her care. DO NOT leave your loved ones here. They are TERRIBLE people!!!!
