Silver Creek Assisted Living

This is the best place! They really care individually for each person. I would love to live there!!!! Food looks so good and great snacks . They communicate with you regarding any medicals changes ,how they are doing Best of all they know each patients so we'll they can tell you what they may need clothes etc. Things to send. The staff stay on top of any medical changes and get them the medical attention ASAP. My mom's been there since 2015. She is happy and most importantly she has friends and the staff is so friendly to everyone they actually really care. Most important thing is your parent is well taken care of and has friends activities. Lovely outdoor seating so they don't have to sit inside all day. So extremely clean!!!! the best staff that really cares unlike other places in az that leave them in room heavily medicated. They care!!!!! And I can tell you from being there and talking to the other people that live there they're very happy and taken care of. Unlike other facilities in Az the pretend they have all these special programs especially for Alzheimer's patients when in actuality they just leave them drugged up in their room. They actually play bingo more importantly the socialize with them they have interactions with other people and they are well trained and educated in special needs of dementia patients. My mom has been to other places as well as discussing with many individuals this is the best place! It is hard to make a decision to take care of your parents but this would be the best decision. For once you can actually not worry and stress about your parents because you know they are safe and happy and are better taken care of then you could do yourself. take a tour here take a tour of other places and come on more than one occasion and see how they actually really treat the patients here they're happy there's no abuse there's only joy other places are scary and frightening and they claim to be specifically for Alzheimer's patients. Add another facility my mom lost weight when we saw her she was so drugged out she didn't know who we were. It's the staff that makes it so nice because they treat them like real people and the place itself is much bigger and nicer and cleaner than other places. When you are older you do not want to share a room. Here they have plenty of space they have different rooms so they're not stuck in one area the dining room is nice outside is nice the food is great the snacks are wonderful and the staff are the best!!!

This is a very nice facility. The place is well cared for, the staff is all caring. This is a place any family member would want to send their elderly parent to! Everyone cares!

We were excited to move our mother into Silver Creek as it seemed like the owner and nurse cared for the residents. We started moving our mother’s things in to her room when she suddenly had a medical emergency and was taken by ambulance to the ER. We locked the bedroom at Silver Creek and went to be with our mother. When we returned the next day, her locked room had been burglarized. Several things were missing - worth about $1,000. The thief took their time combing through things so it is hard to believe there is no video footage. There is a special place in hell for those that prey on the vulnerable. Shame on you!

The experience visiting Silver Creek Assisted Living was great. They have a lot of things to involve their community in and a lot of things for the seniors, but my mother is well beyond that now. We thought everybody was well taken care of, and the place is very clean and very well run. They have a place where they can get their hair done, and they take the residents to doctors' appointments or go on trips. The facility is great, but it's a three-story facility, and that's kind of bothersome for somebody using a walker or a wheelchair.

My dad has been living at Silver Creek for over 7 months now. Dad had been living alone and started to have difficulties with activities of daily living. We moved him into Silver Creek at the beginning of the year. Keep in mind that my dad did not want to move out of his home of 28 years. Today I can say that Dad is very happy at Silver Creek. His mental and physical health has improved due to the high quality care given by everyone at Silver Creek. He has friends there. He loves his room that he picked out and decorated with his own belongings. He is fed good quality meals three times a day. They even consider dads likes and dislikes for certain foods. They help my dad shower, dress, clean his room, laundry, medication administration. They keep track of his doctor appointments, transportation to and from his doctor appointments, and pretty much anything he needs. The nurse Linda, has been in communication with me incredibly well. Owner, Rene has been an amazing resource for us with everything that we could possibly ask. The staff are always kind and helpful. They truly care for their residents! Silver Creek has cared for my dad like he is their own family. We are so very grateful to have found a truly wonderful "place for dad".
