Achieved great milestones giving us hope for his recovery. Appreciate everything the staff did fo him and our family.
Taking off one star because the food was pretty bad, BUT the facility was very clean and the staff was incredible. They were very attentive and caring towards my mom and responded quickly when she needed something. Physical therapy had her up and walking and we were able to bring her home even sooner than we thought. It’s a great facility.

Recently visited this facility as I had a family member here, I was super impressed actually worked here in the early 2000’s they have done a lot of great improvements, staff, call light answer time and updated equipment, updated decor etc, care was great no complaints. Incredibly thankful for the therapy team As they were able to get my family moving in the right direction .
South Mountain is fantastic! I highly recommend this facility to take care of your loved ones. The therapy department is phenomenal and Mark leads his team strong! Your loved ones will be in great hands.

This facility has an A+ team. The nursing staff, physical therapists, and respiratory therapists are very helpful!
