His professionalism, responsiveness, and genuine care for residents and families made the entire experience seamless. My Grandmother just moved here and the transition was so easy. The staff is beyond welcoming and friendly. The facility is clean and always smells good! I look forward to going and visit at this facility.
There are simply not enough words to express what an amazing facility Soring Gardens is! From the kind, caring staff to the incredible activities, the nutritious meals…….. it’s heaven! My mom moved in 2 weeks ago and she is getting the best care she has ever had! My entire family has felt a warm welcome from everyone. I would recommend this place to anyone and everyone!!!!! I have toured various facilities in the East and West valley. Spring Gardens takes the cake! Check it out for yourself!
If you are looking for a place to move your loved one, this is IT! Various floor plans to choose from. The staff is friendly and attentive to your loved one’s needs. They move quickly and keep the facility running very smoothly. The caregivers are top notch! They truly love the residents and take really great care of them all. My MIL lived there for 7 months until she passed in Feb 2025. She was treated with respect, gave and received daily hugs to the caregivers, and joked with everyone that worked there. She was in a wheelchair so her options were bed or recliner. When she was in her recliner, her bed had been made and the room straightened up. Trash was emptied daily and all caregivers wore gloves anytime they were changing briefs or assisting in the bathroom. Meds were administered with precision and always on time. There is a beautiful dining room and there are a variety of menu items to choose from if you do not want the main meal of the day. A menu is published at the beginning of each month so the residents can decide ahead of time what they feel like eating that day. They have a wonderful activities director who naturally loves what she does and can keep the residents engaged during board games, balloon volleyball, movie time, etc.There is a happy hour held everyday where residents can have little snacks and a small glass of wine or other non-alcoholic beverage. Many residents prefer to just sit outside in the lawn furniture and just bask in the morning sunshine while chatting with friends. We are SO thankful to the facility and staff and especially to the loving caregivers who made all the difference in the world!!
