4.2 · 381 reviewsConstantly “forgetting” to bathe patients, administer medicine, etc. This place is a death sentence. Do NOT send your loved ones here. They’re extremely unsanitary and unprofessional. How can a wound care nurse have LONG NAILS?!?! Ugh. Absolutely not. They don’t cleanse their hands when going in the rooms or going out either, and why do they ALL have attitudes?
I'm really taken by generosity of Crystal at Springdale village. She is absolutely 💯 wonderful and caring !! Plz give her the recognition. She deserves and a nice big raise! She's great

My mother has been here for three days exactly and let me tell you something. I have seen more progress in my mother than I have seen in the last three months. This place is amazing from the staff to the professionalism, including the food. The staff is friendly and always willing to help and most importantly the rehab is on time. It is a sure thing that the recovery process will be an overall success to the staff. Never forget you are truly appreciated for the lives that you touch and thank you once again for all the healing hands that have helped my mother thus far.🙌🏾🙏🏾❤️
My grandmother recently moved in and she is eating for the first time again, she is smiling and her room is clean. Her CNA’s are extremely attentive, the RN’s are qualified and the admissions was easy and stress free. The executive director and the director of nursing stopped by and personally introduced themselves, making it feel very homely and safe. This place is a class act.
My care was exceptional. The staff worked really hard and provided wonderful care and went above and beyond. Shoot out to all the nurses, CNAs therapy department. They went above and beyond to accommodate my husband staying in the facility with me overnight. Provide a extra bed and meals to make him comfortable also. Would recommend the facility to anyone.
My mother just had about a month stay here and she was very happy with her care. The staff was very friendly and made her feel at home. The therapist were all excellent and she really did progress under there programs. She even loved the food . The activities were super fun and we would all show up for bingo and trivia. The aides that took care of her were exceptional.
Staff super helpful and kind to the families we have had in this facility.
