Sun City Anthem is a real find for a well built house at an affordable price. The amenities are first class with golf, restaurant, gym, swimming pools and social opportunities readily available.
Just started to move in so I can not comment about "living in the community" yet, however, the entire experience was top notch. Communication between the Construction Manager, David, and myself was free-flowing and informative. All questions I asked were responded to in a timely manner. If I needed info & the person I asked didn't know, I was efficiently directed to the right person. I absolutely do recommend Pulte as a builder, especially because they will "move walls" within their floorplans, providing more of a custom flare to your build.

It's a great place to live!
Just closed and moved in at Del Webb, Merrill Ranch. Very smooth process throughout. Quality of build is better than most. Pulte provides good selection of upgrades. Great construction manager (Wes Denning) made the process enjoyable. Nicolette (sales consultant) was very professional and, a pleasure to work with.
We just closed on our property very recently and around the process of moving in, but from what we have seen thus far, this is a exceptional community with exceptional people. Many different amenities for many different interests. We're also impressed with pulte as a company during the build process as the communication from our construction manager, Daniel, was spot on and timely. Our salesperson Aaron was also excellent and with us every step of the way answering every question being patient and guiding us along the process.
