Very helpful and they answered our questions. - Ryan Comstock Realtor / Tucson / Oro Valley / eXp Realty
Wonderful place to live if you want to be an active senior, so many activities, clubs, groups golf, pickleball, tennis, artistic center, many, many things to keep busy with. And lots and lots of sunshine!
Sun City Oro Valley (SCOV) is a 55+ retirement community built by Del Webb. Now it is owned and run by the residents. Streets are handle by the City of Oro Valley. We bought our home 4 years ago after much research into retirement communities. The location is great, just north of Tucson. The amenities in SCOV are fantastic, along with the 150 clubs. It’s like being in Disney World every day!
Expansive view of the mountains, with state-of-the art equipment.
Fun
Management is unprofessional and extremely nosy, lots of stupid rules to follow if you want to live here. And whoever runs that clubhouse with the gym facilities is very very rude and idiotic.
Beautiful facility. The member who runs it/ Mike needs to be replaced. Very rude We were guests and everyone else was welcoming. He made us not want to purchase home there
Beautiful community. Would love to live there.
