3.5 · 8 reviewsResidents are friendly. Clean. Only criticisms are there is NO parking for guests. It is filled up with residents cars even though we all have assigned parking in rear. Very frustrating .one of two Elevators don't work,call box doesn't work, perpetual fire alarms for residents burning food or toast.This is a HUD building but things have been broken for years.
Not sure what is going on here.
Too many dogs. I have seen residents put them in upholstered chairs. Very disappointed as they come in your apartment for various reasons 3/4 times A MONTH. Always someone burning 'toast' so fire alarm goes off at ALL TIMES OF NIGHT

OK place. Old but offers everything one needs to be comfortable. The management is not very nice to the residence. Beware!
