I am Very disappointed that we had great service and now that my Papa is trying to get a refund no one will answer his calls or speak with him. This is not the way you treat the families. I would appreciate a phone call to my family to solve the issue of a refund.
A very caring, compassionate family owned home. They cared for my mother as if she was a member of their family and welcomed our family with warmth and understanding each time we came to visit.
I’ve had a previous experience, but when I came to Sweet home, I had the most best and welcoming experience for my mother highly recommend

Sweet Home has taken care of my mom for almost 5 years and they are wonderful, caring people. They are like family to all of us.
The staff & facilities are wonderful. My mom really enjoys this place. I do wish there were activities for the residents that are able to move around. I think it would help my mom’s mind a little better. As for the value - I have no knowledge of the cost of the facility so I cannot rate it. My sister takes care of that. I really love the staff. They are all so caring & look after my mom really well & my mom enjoys each one. I couldn’t ask for a more caring facility.
My visit at Sweet Home was very pleasant. Unfortunately, it was full, or I would have moved Jerry there because I really liked it. They showed me the whole house. Their dining area was right off the kitchen, it was open and near the TV area, and I imagine it could sit 8 people easily. The staff was very friendly. The place was clean and well-maintained.
I'm so happy to have my loved one at Sweet Home. Caregivers regularly go above and beyond to meet residents needs. I am able to communicate well with them regarding care needs for my loved one. A doctor comes to the home, eliminating the need to transport to most specialists. We are working together to provide and increase activities that my loved one enjoys. Very understanding and caring staff.
