Working with Stephanie in sales is always a pleasure. She is so organized, courteous, responsive and knowledgeable about what she does- I am confident the residents will be in good hands!
I had a FANTISTIC EXPERIENCE when I signed in @ The Forum At Desert Harbor. Stephanie was Fantastic. She was excellent in explaining all details of moving into the Forum.
I have been here for 3 months and have nothing but good things to say about the Forum at Desert Harbor. From the management staff to the culinary department kudos all around. The residents are all so friendly. It's like coming home. Entertainment is wonderful and plentiful. I can't sing enough praises.

I love living at The Forum. The grounds are amazing. The buildings sit on 10 1/2 acres with lawns and are right on Desert Harbor lake. The residents are all very friendly and welcoming. The management team is exceptional with Michelle (the Executive Director) providing strong leadership. Jennifer leads the Life Enrichment program and does an amazing job planning and coordinating activities that keep us active. Hermela does an outstanding job with the office team as well. I will say, that if I had a concern living here it is with the food. We are in the midst of transitioning to a new supplier so hopefully that will push the food into the five star category. Once that is achieved the only remaining concern would be with the overly tight portion controls. With some review perhaps those could be improved as well. Overall, a great place to live.
My sister and I toured The Forum with our mom and it was a great experience. Stephanie and her staff was so very nice and professional. They were sincere and helpful and we will never forget how kind, friendly and authentic they were. They were straight forward and no pressure sales. We sampled the food and it was cooked really well. The building layout was nice and the amenities were great! You can tell they really care about the residents feeling happy there. I encourage all of you to apply to see for yourself too. We highly recommend this facility for independent and assisted living arrangements.
I've lived at the Forum for not quite a year. I've made so many friends here because the residents are just so nice and welcoming of new people. Add that to the fact that you can't beat the view from my back door! There's a lake out there!
We only visited someone there and had dinner in the dining room but he gave us a tour of the whole property. Beautiful!! Quiet, clean, activities, awesome setting by the water. We are so happy for our friend to have found this place!
This is a comfortable and friendly place to calll home.....It's the third Independent Living facility I've lived in, and I've been here over eight years now. Good food, good friends, many activities and a warm and responsive staff.
