From first meeting her and touring, she communicates effectively, and in a pleasant way. I can tell she loves her residents, and is proud of the atmosphere here at The Groves! Mom especially enjoys the game room where she completes puzzles, and I enjoy the dining room where I join her to eat sometimes! We find it clean and comfortable here, and a great help to me, knowing she is safe and well-looked-after.
The Groves is a quality place, great atmosphere and activities to keep residents engaged and moving.
The care team is absolutely AMAZING at what they do! The residents seem happy, very engaged with their care providers and loved the live music as much, if not more than I did!

I thought it was nice, it was very clean, n the ppl there seemed very friendly.
We are very thankful for The Groves Staff and the excellent care my Mom receives in Memory Care! The Care Staff Team, Health & Wellness Staff, Dining Sevices Team, Office & Reception Area Team Members, Housekeeping, Facilities Maintenance, and Leadership Team in their various roles work to create professional, caring, safe, friendly, fun, compassionate, operationally effective, and well maintained environment where staff pride themselves on taking care of my Mom & other Groves residents while creating a loving, caring, healthy, positive, fun, and activity based community for residents to live in and call home. Our family is blessed to have such quality and compassionate staff watching out for and taking care of my Mom. Thank you to all the wonderful "Groves" Team Members!
I feel so blessed to have both of my parents at the groves. The staff treats them like family and will update me of their needs I have seen an overall improvement in their mental state. The Staff keeps them busy with things to do. 3 months ago, my Dad ended up in a wheelchair the Girls worked so hard to help him get use to needing more help. And now he is back to his walker. The facility is always clean well-lighted almost resort like food is good too. I would highly recommend If you needed help. Give the Grove a look Thank you Cal
DO NOT PUT YOUR FAMILY MEMBER IN THE MEMORY CARE UNIT AT THE GROVES. THEY WILL KILL YOUR FAMILY MEMBER BY LETTING THEM FALL AND HIT THEIR HEAD AND WON'T TELL YOU IT HAPPENED. OUR FAMILY MEMBER WAS DEAD WITHIN THE 2 WEEKS HE WAS THERE BECAUSE HE KEPT FALLING AND HE FINALLY FELL AND HIT HIS HEAD AND ENDED UP DYING BECAUSE OF IT. DAWN IS A JOKE. SHE LIES. SHE TOLD MY MOM SHE HAD DINNER ONE NIGHT WITH HER HUSBAND AND IT WAS ALL A LIE. MY MOM WAS ACTUALLY THERE THAT NIGHT FEEDING HIM HIS DINNER. DAWN WILL LIE AND SO WILL ALL THE STAFF MEMBERS. CLOTHES ALSO WENT MISSING THAT WERE HUNG IN THE CLOSET AND CLEAN. ONE CNA JOKED THAT SHE NEEDED AN ICE PICK FOR MY FAMILY MEMBER BECAUSE SHE'D HAD ENOUGH. VERY DISTURBING. THIS PLACE IS UNDERSTAFFED AND HAVE TOO MANY PATIENTS. A COMPLETE NIGHTMARE. LAWSUIT COMING.
