The Landings is a truely special place. While my dad lived there, he had amazing caregivers. They were always full of smiles and cared very much for him and his needs. They went above and beyond to keep him safe and to help him feel included and loved. Thank you, Landings staff for your exceptional care!

We have several relatives in assisted living and from all the facilities I have experienced, The Landings is the best. Starting with the Community Director Rosemary who was knowledgeable, patient, accommodating and kind. Ethan was also very helpful and maintenance helped us fix a medical bed and set up the TV we supplied. The facility is nearly new, bright, spacious and close to multiple medical centers.

I cannot say enough wonderful things about this community and the people who care for my mom in Memory Care. Making the decision to place your parent in memory care is incredibly emotional. I cannot say enough wonderful things about this community and the people who care for my mom in Memory Care. Making the decision to place your parent in memory care is incredibly emotional. You’re trusting other people with someone you love deeply, and from the very beginning, I felt supported, reassured, and genuinely cared for throughout the entire process. Nurse Carey and Rosemary were absolutely incredible in helping make my mom’s transition as smooth as possible. They took the time to answer my questions, ease my concerns, and make sure both my mom and I felt supported every step of the way. That level of compassion means more than I can put into words. The Memory Care staff have also been wonderful. It gives me such peace of mind knowing my mom is surrounded by people who are patient, attentive, kind, and who truly understand the unique needs of residents living with memory loss. I also have to recognize the activities staff. I love seeing the effort they put into keeping residents engaged, connected, and involved. She went from isolation in her room to playing corn hole and balloon toss, enjoying scenic drives, participating in church, and crafting in a matter of a few weeks. She had her first hair cut in years and loved it! There is so much emotion that comes with this chapter of life, and knowing my mom is somewhere she is safe, cared for, engaged, and treated with dignity has given me tremendous peace of mind. I’m incredibly grateful to Nurse Carey, Rosemary, Judith- the activities team, and all of the staff who have welcomed my mom and helped make this transition a positive one. I would wholeheartedly recommend this community to any family navigating the difficult decision of finding memory care for someone they love. ❤️

I love the landings, my mom us treated very well, the med techs, caregivers in fact all employees are great. Rosemary the Community Relations Director has been so helpful from the start and continuesto keep in touch. Judith the new activity director has been so good and getting out more.

I give the Landings in Prescott Valley a five star rating. The Landings is a wonderful place for my mom. The staff are caring and always willing to help. They are responsive to her needs and encourage my mom to participate in activities. Many times they go above and beyond their duties to help her feel comfortable. I am giving the company who owns the Landings one star. The building is not handicapped accessible. The entrance doors do not have automatic doors for the residents to enter and leave through. I feel this is very unsafe as many residents use a walker or are in a wheel chair. Without a handicap button my mom needs help getting in and out as the doors are heavy and she cannot maneuver them. She needs to depend on someone to help her. This does not help with feeling independent which is very important as one ages. I believe the staff have tried to change this but have not been successful with the parent company. April 20, 2026 Update on above review. The Landings added a handicapped accessible doorway about a year or so ago.

My mother, Roslyn, was a resident there and she was very happy. She had a very nice room and the staff all loved her (because she loved them!). The staff were all so nice and really cared about my sweet mom. I miss her friends there and will surely stop in when I am in the area.

A healthy person moves in, and three weeks later dies due to dehydration per hospital doctor and staff. Neglect and negligence. You would assume round the clock care but you would be wrong.

DO NOT put your loved ones at the landing of Prescott AZ , facility is new and pretty but care is horrible they are short staffed and most employees are young adults that don’t care , our loved one was lost twice !! Picked up by police how is this possible in memory care . Medication mess ups , items came up missing or stolen . Only after 5 months are loved one went from walking and talking to dead . I will live with this Regret forever .. while I was there twice other patients came to me seeking HELP !!
