4.5 · 2 reviewsI like The Palazzo. The problem with them is that it would be a long walk for my parents to get downstairs to the Happy Hour or to play pool. The activities were located in another building, and my dad didn't like that. They have a bunch of activities, so they're pretty much the same as the other place.
Vicki was our tour guide there. She was amazing. She gave us a lot of contact information for ALTEC and military assistance (because my dad is a vet) on how to get assistance to help out. They are an ALTEC-accepting community. The tour was wonderful. We had not had a chance to eat their food, but we walked through the dining hall as they were placing out their plates for what they were serving for dinner, and the food looked very appetizing. It was clean. Very personable. The staff was welcoming, and very awesome.
