We recently toured the park at Surprise Independent for our mom and had an absolutely outstanding experience from start to finish. The entire community was beautiful, welcoming, and had such a warm and peaceful atmosphere. You can truly tell the residents are cared for and that the staff takes pride in creating a positive environment. The highlight of our visit was Craig. From the moment we arrived, he was incredibly friendly, professional, attentive, and genuinely caring. He took the time to answer every single question we had, never making us feel rushed, and went above and beyond to ensure we were comfortable and informed throughout the entire tour. His knowledge of the community, patience, and kindness made such a lasting impression on us. Craig’s attention to detail and willingness to help with everything we asked for truly set the experience apart. It is rare to meet someone so dedicated to making others feel welcomed and valued. Because of him, the entire experience felt personal and sincere rather than just another tour. We toured other places close by and The parks was the best in my opinion. We left feeling excited, reassured, and incredibly impressed with both the community and the level of care shown by the staff. If you are considering visiting or moving to Surprise Independent, we highly recommend it — and if you get the chance to work with Craig, you are in excellent hands!
I took my aunt in for a tour last week and had such a great experience with the front desk staff. Joyce helped me when I arrived and she was very friendly, knowledgable and welcoming. Having Joyce be the first person you meet when walking into the facility really sets the tone for the rest of the experience. She was very sweet. Thank you all for your help during my tour date.
My mom has been living at The Park for about a year. She comments “I should have moved here 5 years sooner!” Kind residents, lots of weekly activities and outings, good food. The staff are amazing: maintenance guys to help with small projects in the apartment, weekly housekeeping, friendly dining room servers who go out of their way to get to know everyone, and then there’s Joyce’s friendly face at the front desk. We couldnt be happier!
Love the great staff and the facility at Solana. Great quality care and really appreciate how everyone goes out of their way to make their residents feel loved! Thanks so much for what you do!
Immediately when I walked in the building I was warmly welcomed by Joyce at the front desk. I had the opportunity to meet with Sabrina in the sales department. Sabrina was very informative and engaging. The property was absolutely beautiful, truly one of a kind, nothing like I have ever seen!
The Park in Surprise is a truly outstanding independent living community. From the moment we walked through the front doors, we were struck by how welcoming, clean, and vibrant the environment felt. The amenities are top-notch, the grounds are beautiful, the atmosphere is extremely welcoming. The residents seem genuinely happy and engaged, and the sense of community is clear. Sabrina, the Director of Community Relations, was truly amazing--professional, compassionate, and incredibly knowledgeable. She took the time to understand our family's needs and gave us a thorough, thoughtful introduction to everything the Park has to offer. Her passion for the residents and the community really shows. I wholeheartedly recommend The Park at Surprise to anyone considering independent living options.
The Park at Surprise is such a beautiful community. We have amazing residents who enjoy every day here. I have never seen a happier set of staff at ANY community than I have at The Park at Surprise. Every single person works so hard for our residents and they are so appreciative. If you live here or work here you are very lucky to be in such a positive, fun, inviting, and warm community. Nothing can compare to a Koelsch community.
The Park at Surprise was beautiful. It looked expensive. It looked like a very high-quality place. The lady staff member was very nice and very personable. Her name was Shannon. She was awesome. I got to have lunch there that they prepared for me, and it was free. They have a very nice restaurant and a shop. They have a little bar there, and I got to eat in that area. There were other people that lived there that I could see, like the age group of people that would be my peers. I only had contact with two of the workers. One was a lady who gave me the tour, and the other one was the manager. He was coming in when I was coming, and I asked him for a walker, because I hadn't brought my walker, and so he went and got me one. He was very nice also. There were two people having lunch, and there were a couple of people in the pool area, so I didn't really see a lot of the activities. Nevertheless, I was quite impressed with the place. I felt very comfortable there, and if I could afford it, I was like, "Wow! This would really work for me."
