I’ve had the opportunity to work closely with the team at this assisted living community in my role as a hospice liaison, and I can confidently say they provide compassionate, attentive, and resident-centered care. The staff consistently demonstrate professionalism, strong communication, and a genuine commitment to supporting both residents and their families during some of the most important and sensitive times in their lives. What stands out most is their willingness to collaborate with outside providers to ensure continuity of care. They are responsive, respectful, and truly prioritize the comfort, dignity, and well-being of every individual they serve. It’s reassuring to partner with a community that shares the same values and dedication to quality care. I appreciate the teamwork and would highly recommend this community to anyone seeking a supportive and caring environment for their loved ones.
I cannot say enough good things about this community. From the moment we toured with Chloe, it felt like home, and that feeling has only continued now that my grandma is officially moved in. The care staff is absolutely wonderful—you can tell they truly care about the residents. It has been such a relief knowing she is in such a warm and supportive environment. Highly recommend!
This community is absolutely beautiful and has a modern flair! I placed a client here several months ago and both she and her family could not be happier with her apartment and the care. I highly recommend The Retreat at Alameda and appreciate working with Chloe Nelson/Sales Director who is extremely attentive to my clients needs and does a wonderful job showcasing the community.

I am writing to highly recommend The Retreat at Alameda in North Phoenix. It is a beautiful, intimate setting where the staff provide wonderful, compassionate care. I have personally worked with Chloe in the past; she is exceptionally kind and dedicated to her work. They do a fantastic job, and I encourage you to check out this community.
My parents relocated from another state and moved into a two bedroom apartment at The Retreat the week of Thanksgiving. The Retreat was wonderful working with us throughout the process and we are very happy with the support, services, and amenities available to my parents.
I toured The Retreat at Alameda this past Saturday with a family searching for senior living options for their parents. The Executive Director graciously took time out of her weekend to personally host our tour — something I truly appreciate. Although my clients ultimately chose a different community, I was very impressed by the professionalism and warmth of the entire team. Every staff member we encountered, from various departments, took a moment to greet us with genuine smiles and kindness. Thank you for such a positive experience! We placed my father in memory care at The Retreat. It's a very new and beautiful establishment. They really went above and beyond for my father, who could be a very irate resident at times due to dementia. They took such good care of him, better than I could ever. The staff really cared about him and also built a relationship with us family members visiting him. They attended to him all hours of the day and encouraged him to socialize. One of the nurses even got him a cake and threw a birthday party for him. Again, his care was above and beyond and the staff was extremely patient with him. When my dad passed, Executive Director Kari and all of the staff helped us wrap things up quickly and easily.
