I definitely do not recommend this place, there are drug addicts and drug traffiquers in these apts the apartment building is surrounded by dangerous and stinky homeless people, that have access to the building and you can see them wandering in the hallways of the property because there is no security guard in the property, the managers don't care, they are rude and the residents have been without hot water for weeks and weeks in the winter time and the same problem with the air conditioning, management is just awful

My mom lives there for 3 years . Lately my mom always sweats is because her apartment is on 85degrees. We try to put it down but still doesn’t work. What if my mom get heat stroke what are they gonna do? How many time she tries to go at the office and speak to the staff so many times, but still no action. This should be fix!

Malisimo trabajo por parte de Rosa,la secretaria de la manager,muy malo su trato, además muy malo el mantenimiento de la propiedad, nada es urgencia para ellos, se funden los bombillos y simplemente te dicen tienes que comprarlos tu,pues ellos solo lo cambian cuando viene una impeccion,las lavadora siempre están rotas,la explicación que dan es que simplemente ellos no son responsables, que pertenecen a otra compañía,no existe una buena comunicación por parte de la señora Rosa,realmente está propiedad no tiene buenas condiciones para las personas mayores, de la tercera edad,deberían…
