It was a really difficult decision to place our Dad anywhere, however, Dad has really adjusted well, is comfortable and he gets lots of attention. The staff is really caring, positive, and shows genuinely warm professionalism with Dad and all the residents. I would strongly recommend this facility.
We placed mom in another home, after 6 months we were given 48 hours to move her. We visit Valencia on [date removed], they accepted her that day. We moved her in and from day one she is a different person. They took. her in as one of there own, the entire staff treat here with total respect. They pay games, have music, over all best place for elderly family. Glad the first home told us to move her.
