I cannot say enough about the care my father has received here over the past 10 months. As someone who lives across the country, finding a place that I could truly trust with his wellbeing was essential. The home itself is spotless and impeccably maintained and not just when they know someone is coming. My visits are often unplanned, and without exception the facility is always in wonderful order. That consistency tells you everything about the standards they hold themselves to. But what sets this place apart is the people. The entire team goes above and beyond in ways that have genuinely moved me. When my father’s birthday came around, they didn’t just acknowledge it. They threw him a party and extended the invitation to our friends and family. That kind of warmth and personal attention is rare and it means more than I can express. This is the first time our family has navigated placing a loved one in a care home, and I won’t pretend it was an easy decision. Leaving your parent in the care of others is one of the most stressful and emotional choices a family can make. The team here understood that. They were patient with our questions, gentle with our concerns, and consistently reassuring throughout the transition. They made an incredibly hard process feel a little more manageable. Lidia and team work with my father’s hospice team to ensure his medications are appropriate and that he is as comfortable as possible. His hospice nurse visits many different facilities across the area, and he has consistently and independently confirmed that the level of care my father receives here stands out. That outside validation means a great deal. The communication is exceptional. Living far away, I depend on being kept informed, and this team has never let me down. If anything comes up, they reach out immediately. They are calm, reassuring and professional in every interaction. For a long distance caregiver, that communication isn’t just appreciated. It’s a lifeline. My father is in wonderful hands and I am deeply grateful.

My mom stayed here about 7 months before we brought her home to pass. Lidia and the staff were so great to my mom. Day 1 Lidia gave my mom a hair cut and did her nails. This definitely isn’t a home where the staff ignore their residence. My mom had fitness hour and a singer who would come and perform once a week. They encourage group activities and meals. The communication was great especially when I had a concern about my mom. Lidia would get back to me within 30 minutes and let me know my options and then put what I chose into action. Lidia really takes care of her people and there aren’t a lot of homes that do. She does the amazing work of caring for people at the end of their life and doing the absolute most for them. I’m so grateful for her and her team.
