Couldn’t have asked for more from all of the staff at Wellsprings. They took great care of my grandmother in every aspect of her 2 week stay. Everything from the food to the updates from case management were appreciated! Thank you wellsprings!

Terrible. 1st off you can't talk to a nurse, 2nd they didn't give my mother her blood pressure medication and cut her pain medication in half, 3rd the staff is unkind and when she calls for help it takes a half hour for someone to come and then they treat her like garbage. Don't take you're loved one here!
Physical and occupational therapy is excellent. Staff are attentive and cheerful. The facility itself is modern and well maintained. Definitely would recommend.
My mother in law recently treated at this facility and received excellent care. They assisted us with her transfer from the hospital on short notice, and gave us regular updates on her progress when we were unable to visit the facility due to our own health issues. She recently transferred back to her own residence, and was able to make excellent progress due to her treatment at Wellsprings. We highly recommend this facility.

Looks like they removed my review. Such a scummy place. Fiance was there a few years ago after a car accident. They stole her identity and was used to buy drugs. They treated her like a mental patient. Shut this place down. Seriously. 0 stars. Never again.
