The care team were loving and efficient for my sister who was recovering from surgery. Communication with management was always available to our family. I highly recommend this wellness center.
I wish I could give Wellsprings of Gilbert 10 stars! Both my mom and dad have previously stayed in other skilled nursing facilities in the valley. They do not even compare to Wellsprings. It is a beautiful, super clean place and the staff is absolutely amazing! Scott and Heath were incredibly kind and so helpful anytime I had a need or a question for my mom. All the caregivers were so attentive and were right there to help my mom with everything. I wish I could give Wellsprings of Gilbert 10 stars! Both my mom and dad have previously stayed in other skilled nursing facilities in the valley. They do not even compare to Wellsprings. Wellsprings is a wonderful facility! It is very clean and high end and my loved one stayed here and was able to make the necessary gains and return home! Would recommend this facility for anyone
Such a beautiful building! We love the location for our family to visit our mother. She has had a very positive experience there and loves the staff, food, and the way she has been treated. Scott has done an excellent job helping mom go through rehab and keeping her spirits up.
The staff is fantastic! They are caring and you can tell that they truly care about the patients! If you need rehab this is a great place to go!
My husband Tom, had hip surgery in May and was transferred to Well Springs for rehab. This facility is top notch. The staff, doctors and Physical Therapist are well trained, friendly, supportive and knowledgeable. The Thank you ALL for a fantastic experience.
I had to call 911 while my mom was here. The head nurse at the time had a serious attitude problem and walked away when I told her my mom needs a few minute of her time. Mom was rushed to the hospital at her own request. Beware, and show up for your loved ones if you send them to this place.
