You can tell the owners and staff truly care about the residents. Beautiful home!
This place is simply amazing, Ana and Marty are the most compassionate and kindest people you will ever meet. My brother was diagnosed with stage 4 inoperable cancer. These people took my brother in as if he were family. When I walked into the home for the first-time, i said, is this really an Adult Care facility. The place was immaculate, staff was very friendly and engaging. Fresh meals were cooked every day.My brother learned to love these people. They gave my brother 5 great months. I will never forget the care that they gave my brother
My cousin has lived at the A & I Adult Care Home since 2004. She loves the family atmosphere, the yummy meals, & the individual attention the staff gives each resident. As her family, the medical care, safety, & cleanliness are paramount & consistent. The owners hire kind, competent, & professional support staff who interact with the residents with patience, & treat them as if they are their own family. We love that our cousin is safe & happy there. The owners, Ana & Marinel are truly a blessing.
They take excellent care of my mother she's been there for 5 years now they go above and beyond to make sure everyone is cared for I love them so much
My husband has been staying at Sunny Hill Adult Care for six months now. The facility is very clean and well-run. There's adequate help, and my husband gets a lot of attention. I think it's been a good place for him. It's very structured, so he knows what to expect and when. I don't have any objections to it. The staff members are excellent. The food is all home-cooked, and it's very fresh. Sometimes, I think they could be doing more activities, but it's a small group, and they're always out in the living room if they're physically able. I think they try, but it's a hard population.
I am a Resident of this home and I am very pleased with the quality of care I have received. I have lived here for two years.
While the place seemed great, it was not a good fit for my mother.
Does best with paralyzed non demand bedridden clients or independent less needy independent client-do not place alzheimer patients here who are confused, need BR schedule/assistance or refuse meds...unable to spend time needed and staff have no designated bedrooms in care homes for staff from other countries are caring, but in a servitude role. Confided on day off sleep on the bus and at the mall - did not give husband needed meds if refused ...Kept deposit and care fees despite being there only three months, admitted and in hospital which most likely could have been avoided with medication, support, routine BR schedule, some activities of interest ,etc...
