I have struggled with finding somewhere for my Mother to go for years. She has not been aware that her memory was slipping or that she needed help. She also has fought me tooth and nail about getting psychiatric help. I have felt utterly alone in this process. Completely lost. I was watching my 40's disappear year by year in a nightmare scenario. I have no other family to help. My Mom had an emergency surgery and was no longer able to hide from doctors. We were told in no uncertain terms she could not live alone safely. Thankfully, I was referred to Sue. She got on this situation immediately. I mean immediately. It was evening and in less than an hour she had multiple facilities to take me to where she had already filled them in on my Mom's situation. She knew exactly what needed to be done and did it with such compassion and care I found that I could breath for the first time in years. Finally! An advocate for this crazy process. Sue makes things happen fast!! I would highly recommend her to anyone who needs help placing a loved one. She's with you every step of the way. She meets you at every tour and will hold your hand with kindness to lead you through the insanity that is placing a loved one into a facility. I will recommend her to everyone I meet that finds themselves in this situation. You simply could not ask for better.

I highly recommend Sue to guide you through your journey to find the right Assisted Living or Memory Care environment for your loved one. In an urgent need for my father, I reached out to Sue and she quickly identified several locations that would be a good fit for my difficult situation. I could have placed my dad at any of them, but the one we chose ended up being the perfect fit. Sue communicated with me at a very high level throughout the process, sent detailed recaps after each community we visited, and listened to my needs closely to ensure we found the right place for dad. She has checked on my dad a few times after he moved in just to make sure he’s doing well. Sue is top notch and I highly recommend you connect with her to start your search!

We were left in an unfortunate situation after a death in our family, my mom, suffering from Alzheimer’s had to be moved across the country to be closer to me. I was left completely blindsided by a denial to another facility and at that point decided I needed some guidance. I chose to call her first on my long list of care consultants and I’m SO glad I did. Sue was responsive and compassionate. She has so much direct knowledge of the care community here and knew exactly what type of facility my mom needed in the first phone call. She had 3 tours set up for the very next day. Sue helped place my mom in the most amazing group home in Scottsdale. I cannot overstate what a difference her guidance made during what was an incredibly emotional and stressful time for our family. It is beyond what I ever thought we would find. We will be forever grateful to Sue and Caring Heart Placement!
