Caregivers, especially, Kareen who is an angel, were consistent with excellent care all the way to the end. Our family felt heard, valued, supported during a difficult time. I knew our mom was getting the very best possible care. Ten out of ten stars. Highly recommend.
Pinnacle Peak Assisted Living is an excellent place for a loved one needing care. We placed my mom there when she was in the end stages of Alzheimer’s disease. Ema, Steve, and everyone else on the staff treated her with the utmost kindness and professionalism through her entire stay. They were on top of every change in her condition, and they communicated with us promptly and clearly about all aspects of her care. They treated her like a member of their family. Pinnacle Peak Assisted Living is an excellent place for a loved one needing care. We placed my mom there when she was in the end stages of Alzheimer’s disease. Ema, Steve, and everyone else on the staff treated her with the utmost kindness and professionalism through her entire stay. They were on top of every change in her condition, and they communicated with us promptly and clearly about all aspects of her care. They treated her like a member of their family. So thankful to have found PPAL for my dad! I knew the moment I stepped inside & met Steve & Ema that this would become my dad’s new home. They’re warm, caring, experienced professionals. Their home, located in a very nice neighborhood in north Scottsdale, is beautiful, well maintained & clean. They have a “family” of caregivers who are all wonderful people that care for my dad’s needs & challenges & put a smile on his face!
Looking through the eye of an R.N., Pinnacle Peak Assisted Living Home is excellent. Caring and capable people are in charge of a clean, beautiful, safe, home. I am impressed by the attention to detail, food and personal care.
Steve and Ema have created a warm and caring environment for our mom and all of the other residents at their Pinnacle Peak house. They have a beautiful backyard for visiting, as well as a front patio, and we often go outside to soak up the sunshine on Arizona’s cooler fall and winter days. And since the home is smaller, it offers a much cozier environment than the bigger assisted living locations, and when you’re in need of something, there’s always someone there to help out right away.
My aunt has been a resident here for almost a year as we moved her from CA to AZ in November 2024. We really like the personal care she receives here as opposed to a larger place like she was in before. Steve and Ema are extremely hands on with everything. In fact, Ema is an RN so she knows exactly what each resident needs (and doesn't need) from a medical standpoint. The staff is terrific as well. My aunt has her favorite caregiver and my family has come to get to know and like her as well. In sum, if you're looking for an assisted living home, look no further. We are very pleased with our father’s experience at Pinnacle Peak Assisted Living. It’s never easy to have to place a loved one in living situation out of the house but we have peace of mind that he is safe, well cared for, and comfortable. Ema and Steve, the owners, are very hands on and obviously take pride in their establishment; they are attentive to detail and very responsive if there are questions or issues. The staff is attentive, competent, warm, and patient. The place itself is immaculate, well equipped, and attractive, indoors and out.
