Our mom and dad both live at Atria, and our family could not be happier with the decision we made. They have adjusted so well, made many wonderful friends, and truly enjoy being part of such a warm and welcoming community. One of the things we appreciate most is the incredible variety of activities and events. There is always something fun and engaging happening, whether it's social gatherings, fitness classes, games, live entertainment, or special themed events. The activities team does an amazing job creating opportunities for residents to stay active, connected, and excited about each day. The staff genuinely cares about the residents and goes above and beyond to make everyone feel like family. Knowing our parents are happy and well cared for gives us peace of mind. We highly recommend Atria to anyone looking for a caring, vibrant senior living community.
Atria Scottsdale We moved a dear friend to Atria this past May. The staff has been Wonderful! Especially Rosie has been there for us with every concern and need. We checked out 4 other facilities and this one by far was the best! Floor plan and price and ease of moving in. Residents are friendly and they allow dogs!

My dad is always sending me pictures of everything going on, and recently I had the chance to attend their Chef Showdown, which was a fun cook-off between the two chefs. The facility is beautiful and has everything you could ever want or need. My mom requires a bit of assistance and this place is perfect. The size of the apartments, the amenities offered, and the level of care provided is excellent! Every single staff member we have met has been kind and accommodating. But the best thing about it is Rosy. From the first time we walked in to take a tour, she has been amazing. She truly cares about the residents and makes everyone feel comfortable and welcome. She goes above and beyond what a typical sales person would. Honestly, she is the reason we chose Atria. We toured other assisted living residences and they did not have the same warmth or welcoming feeling that we found at Atria. Residents stopped to say hello to Rosy as we toured and we could tell how much they loved her. That was not the case elsewhere. Atria is as special as it is because of her (and the rest of the team there.) I have complete faith that we made the right decision when we chose Atria. If you’re just starting to look for a community, start here. And ask to tour with Rosy and you’ll understand what community means.
Atria Park is outstanding, everyone is wonderful. The staff is exceptional. I’m moved in a week ago I have made so many friends the residents are amazing none of them are grumpy . I also love the sales team Rosy and Gabrielle they are wondering. If you are looking to move into a community this is the place to be . Also the food is superb and the waitstaff are wonderful they are so generous. The maintenance team Sean and Patrick are great. The decision I have made .
Mom moved in about 2 months ago and is thriving and so happy!. She's met so many new friends and the socialization (meals, activities, etc.) has made her "younger" than she was living alone. We toured several other places and Atria "won" handsdown - it is homey community. Others may be "fancier" but didn't have the warm atmosphere of Atria. Staff is wonderful - kind, patient, attentive. Moving to Atria was the absolute best decision for our beloved mother. Thank you for making her feel welcome, safe, and happy.
I have recently toured 3 communities for my grandfather, Bob. I can tell you this community has a "homey" feel. The salesperson was great and I stopped to talk to multiple residents and they all seemed so happy. My grandpa lives out of town and he is moving in 3-6 months and will for sure be choosing Atria for his next home.
My grandma has been living at atria for the past year. I am so amazed by how many friends she has made. She really enjoys the dining service and she loves the sweet staff! I feel like the price is reasonable for Scottsdale!
