Everyone from managers to caregivers are so knowledgeable and kind. Seeing how involved everyone is from activities to even spirit weeks and to care just gives me the peace of mind my mother is safe and cared for ❤️ I’ll always recommend every time 💓

The staff and supporting staff are very caring
The Villas at Marana staff is amazing, they all go above and beyond! The staff has been there for years and the best part NO AGENCY. Manager is very hands on, and always available. I placed both of my parents there and the care is exceptional. I needed to place my parents could age in place. The residents are very well care for and very happy. I was visiting with my parents and anther resident was speaking with us and she told me. " My family lives out of state and the staff takes great care of me. They are my family and this is my home." I knew this was the right place my parents. I refer to The Villas at Marana all time for resident placement and caregivers looking for a great place to work.
My family member was transferred here and treated like an annoyance. The caregivers were impatient at first, but later escalated to them being so rude and having no compassion. I’ve worked in healthcare for a long time and I’ve never experienced such horrible care. Very unprofessional, and I wouldn’t recommend sending your loved one here if you want them to be taken care of.
Extremely unhappy with the way my family was treated by the staff. They were unprofessional and offered us no compassion as my loved one passed away. Please do not send your loved one here if you truly care for them.
The care in this place is despicable. I went to visit my grandma and she was left in their room in the dark alone crying. I can't believe how rude the supposed "caregivers" are. Do not leave your loved ones here if you want them to be taken care of. If I could leave negative stars, I would.
