3.2 · 5 reviewsI highly recommend this place! This beautiful home has private rooms and bathrooms. Maggie greeted me with a smile every time I came over! I loved that the residents were up and active eating at the table or sitting outside on the covered patio when it was cool outside. This place is well kept and in a great location with the 101 and 51 less than 5 minutes away.
Seem to be nice people that runs this place.
My wife has been at this site for over 3 years. The staff does a great job caring for her and they constantly check that she is eating the right things, drinking fluids, bathed and her room cleaned. My wife can be picky and at times hard to please. Any conversations I have had with her about her care have been positive. Two years ago, the insurance company came out asked about the care and any concerns my wife had with the staff or the manager and my wife's response was I love [name removed]. My wife has been at this site for over 3 years. The staff does a great job caring for her and they constantly check that she is eating the right things, drinking fluids, bathed and her room cleaned. Absolutely the rudest and most unprofessional care taker. The woman's children are everywhere and she is abrupt and cold. Our family moved our loved one right away. Do not move your loved one in this "care home."
I do not recommend this home in any way whatsoever. Their care has not been for the better. A woman had bed sores due to not being turned or taken out of bed. She was thirsty and not given fluids throughout the day. Her fluids were limited. The smell of urine has been a problem. Never see any of the residents/clients/patients up and about anywhere. All that I have seen is the family, about seven children and the parents. The home owner, lady of the home, has been rude and cross. They have over medicated the patients. So much has happened in this place. Take your loved one somewhere where they are in full function. You see patients doing things (not just in bed). I know hospice is for those at the end of their life, but what goes on in this place is not right by any means.
