If I could give this place zero stars, I would. I am very disappointed by the care my grandmother received at this assisted living facility. Making the decision to place a loved one in someone else’s care is never easy, and we trusted that she would be treated with dignity, compassion, and attention. Sadly, that trust was completely broken. My grandmother suffers from memory issues and relies on others for basic reminders and support. Instead of being met with patience and understanding, she was often left alone and neglected. There were times she wasn’t properly encouraged or helped to eat,…

Sadly, that trust was completely broken. My grandmother suffers from memory issues and relies on others for basic reminders and support. Instead of being met with patience and understanding, she was often left alone and neglected. There were times she wasn’t properly encouraged or helped to eat, which is incredibly upsetting to witness. No one should have to worry about whether their loved one is being fed or cared for. Don’t place your loved ones at this facility.

I trust her implicitly to discern just the right fit for each of my clients. She is a responsive communicator and collaborates well for great tours, smooth move ins, and helping new residents feel at home. She truly cares about each family and has years of experience in the senior care industry. I have multiple clients who are happy to be at Bridgewater Assisted Living & Memory Care - highly recommend!
We are highly impressed with Bridgewater's level of care. Lorell placed our 89 yr old Mom in less than a week, with compassion and grace. Maintenance had her space set up with cleaning, cable and furniture with a remarkable sense of urgency. As we arrived a group of welcome faces greeted us, even Chef Joel and Director Dennis. We feel relieved to know she's in capable, dedicated and loving hands, in a clean environment. She'll have plenty to do and lots of ice cream! Thank you all for making this difficult decision feel so seamless. Bless your hearts, always!
Bridgewater is the absolute representation of what assisted living is. Lorell the manager demonstrates the: caring, compassion and commitment to excellence for the residents and future residents to be. An A+ community.
Moving our 96-year-old mom into assisted living was not an easy decision, Lorrell Odelle guided us through every step, answered all of our questions, and made sure our mom felt comfortable and welcomed. What impressed us most was how thoughtfully Lorrell matched our mother with her studio. She knew exactly where Mom would be most comfortable, with neighbors she could connect with and caregivers who would be a great fit for her. Thanks to Lorrell's insight and caring approach, our mom quickly began making friends and settling into her new home. (Which was a big surprise) Knowing that our mother is surrounded by kind residents and attentive caregivers gives us tremendous peace of mind. We are so grateful for the warmth, compassion, and professionalism shown by Lorrell and the entire team at Bridgewater Assisted Living. Thank you for helping make this transition such a positive experience for our mom and our family.
I had an excellent experience working with Lorell. From the start, she was responsive, professional, and incredibly easy to collaborate with. She demonstrated a strong understanding of her community and took the time to ensure it was the right fit for my client’s specific needs. Her Communication was consistent and transparent throughout the process, What impressed me most was her genuine care and commitment—not just to securing a move-in, but to making sure my client and their family felt comfortable and supported every step of the way. It’s clear she takes pride in what she does. I would absolutely recommend working alongside her again.
We recently moved my grandma into this community, and the entire experience has been great from start to finish. The team was incredibly helpful during the review and move-in process, answering all of our questions and communicating with us every step of the way. We needed a space that would accept ALTECS, which the staff walked us through and ensured that was an option here. Lorell and Vanessa were both caring and supportive as we were getting my grandma set up. What really stands out is the sense of community they’ve created. The staff are kind, attentive, and genuinely care about the residents. My grandma has her own apartment-style room, which gives her independence while still having the support she needs. The food is excellent, there are plenty of activities, and the daily routine helps residents stay engaged and comfortable. It’s been such a relief for our family to know she’s in a place where she’s safe, supported, and surrounded by great people. We’re very grateful to the entire team.
Taking care of my husband for 13 years with multiple health issues as well as my brother with dementia for 7 of those has taken it's toll, with my demanding insurance career, in addition. The the day I spoke with Lorell Odell at Bridgewater was a game changer! I knew she was a "mover and a shaker" that could get things done! We soon met to discuss my loved one's needs and the ball was rolling. She introduced me to Dennis, Executive Director, and with these two, I knew things were right. Lorell's professional acumen and communication was a blessing to me. I found a person who showed up and cared. I didn't have to go through the journey alone anymore. During the tour she showed me the most appropriate room for my loved one's based on their needs and close proximity to each other in the very beautiful villas. Lorell scheduled assessments with them both, soon after. The final details were thorough and given much thought. I felt that my family mattered. I had been overwhelmed with such a huge responsibility. Lorell was a special gift in my life and I will be forever grateful for her. God Bless You Kind lady!
