We've been trying for 2 weeks to get records of their billing history to settle their estate. I've called multiple times, left messages, been transferred to incredibly rude agents and still no information. WHAT DO I NEED TO DO TO GET HELP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
My sister Mary Ann Benko has been at Brookdale Chandler Regional for over a year now. She calls it her home and is very happy to be with her friends. The whole staff is great. She feels very safe there. God bless you all for making her happy!
Big shout out to Joyce in the Sales Department for taking time out of her busy day and providing a wonderful tour for myself and for a client I am helping to locate a community. I didn’t have an appointment but she was so easy to talk to, very professional and personable, and connected so well with our client’s family. They are so excited to have chosen Brookdale Chandler Regional for their loved one. I know she will be well taken care of and she will love her new home. We are not sure about the activities - our Dad is unable to participate in many things. What we like the most about Brookdale Chandler is the warmth of the community. The staff from the caregivers to the director. The studio apartment with the alcove was the favorite unit we saw among all the properties we visited. #1 is their willingness to stay in contact with my sister and I regarding our father's care, who is a new resident with many needs. We live 1500 miles away.
They are very clean and the staff is friendly and attentive. I highly recommend. The rooms are a decent size. There seems to be a nice amount of amenities. My mom is in a condition unfortunately she doesn't really get to use the amenities.
I'm very happy here. This is my home and I feel this is my family.
It's great with activities.
