I have my own little apartment which is perfect for me. They answer the call lights within 3 minutes the food is wonderful. It's like a fancy restaurant. We even have cloth napkins. They have great activities and the staff treats you like family. We have a resident that is 103 years old and that lady is amazing. The facility is very clean and bug free. I am a new tenant here at Brookdale and I've been here for one week. I came from a skilled nursing Facility so I feel like I'm in a hotel here. I have my own little apartment which is perfect for me. We have a resident that is 103 years old and that lady is amazing. The facility is very clean and bug free. They clean our rooms and will handle any requests or concerns that you have. If you are looking for a facility for a loved one definitely consider Brookdale North Tucson. Ask for Babs or Luis. They also accept Mercy Care.
Brookdale North has experienced staff who care about the safety and happiness of the residents. Resident ambassadors greet visitors and support special events for the residents, families and guests. Luis is doing a great job developing strategic partnerships and managing an assisted living community that truly cares about the residents.
My mother lived at Brookdale North Tucson for 3 1/2 years. It was obvious that the staff truely & emotionally cared for her, like one might care for an adopted child. I live out of state but communication was timely with important issues and topics. When I visited every 4-6 weeks her room was always clean. She was fed tasty meals on a regular basis, adhering to her tastes and preferences. I am happy to give Brookdale North Tucson 5 stars because they deserve it. I highly recommend them to anyone needing assisted living for their loved one.

This location has a fantastic new Director, Babel, who is engaged in making this home even better. She goes above and beyond to meet the needs of residents and thier families. The Activities Director, Angel, lives up to his name and provides fun and engaging activities for the residents. The staff truly cares for the residents and are responsive to thier needs. This place is sparkling clean, provide yummy meals in a nice dining room and give excellent care. I would highly recommend Brookdale for your loved ones Assisted Living needs.

Brookdale staff are very kind and caring. The team has improved in maintenance of resident’s rooms and attention to personal service plans.
I toured Brookdale North Tucson. It was wonderful. It seemed to be very nice. If it's only assisted living, so for me, I wouldn't move in with my husband there. But the facility seemed very good.
