I was exploring senior living opportunities and had a wonderful experience with Cadence Chandler! The community is clean, welcoming, and has a warm, friendly atmosphere that makes residents and visitors feel right at home! The staff are caring , attentive, and genuinely committed to providing excellent service and support! I would highly recommend Cadence Chandler to anyone looking for a senior living community where residents are treated with kindness, respect, and dignity!!

My parents have lived here for 3 years, mom independent and dad in memory care. Staff always have a smile and a warm greeting when I’ve called or visited. They really know my parents—they’re not just a face in the crowd. Memory care was wonderful for my dad who recently passed away. Caregivers were so kind to him. They even helped him FaceTime me weekly! Although I live out of state I always was confident he was living the best life he could. I will never forget the loving and patient people who were always there for my dad. I highly recommend Cadence Chandler if your family is looking for a…

My father moved in Memory care a year and a half ago, and his care was phenomenal! The staff was so caring and loving to my father. Tina, Sonya, Elena, Liz, Nadine and everyone that cared for my father, I will be eternally grateful. Anthony, the director is so good at his job. He builds relationships with all the residents and their families. He helped me with so many decisions regarding my father. He always has a smile on his face. He could always make me laugh. His office was always open if you needed anything. My father passed away a month ago. Tina, Sonya and Elena were with me helping me…

I recently took my mother to visit one of her dear friends who is a resident at Cadence Chandler. Although we were only there to see an old friend, the director offered us lunch and gave us a complete tour of the facility! The dining room is lovely - they even have a separate room for private parties - the food was delicious, and the wait staff very attentive and friendly. During our tour I was surprised by how airy and bright the resident units are. The facility is obviously well taken care of and has everything a resident could want: a well-stocked library and game room, a bistro, a fitness center, a salon, pool, and even a pub and movie theater! While we were there, it was nice to see so many residents out and about – some chatting on the outside patios, others playing card games or doing puzzles, a few taking their dogs out for a walk (yep, they allow fur babies too) and a group getting ready for an upcoming wine tasting. The staff were very friendly and informative – it truly seems like a wonderful place to live. Although my parents are not yet ready to move into an independent or assisted living center, I wouldn’t hesitate to suggest they consider Cadence Chandler. Heck, I would love living there too!

I recently visited Cadence Chandler and had a wonderful experience. Jill gave us an excellent tour and really took the time to listen to our questions and understand what we were looking for. She was knowledgeable, personable, and never made us feel rushed or pressured. The community itself is beautiful, clean, modern, and full of natural light. The residents seemed engaged and happy, and the staff we encountered were friendly and welcoming. I was especially impressed with the amenities, dining options, and active lifestyle opportunities available to residents. Overall, Cadence Chandler made a great impression, and I would highly recommend touring the community if you are exploring senior living options.

Cadence Chandler is a thoughtfully designed and contemporary community. It feels more like a modern resort than traditional senior living. Architecture and interiors are clean and well laid out with wide hallways, bright common spaces and well-proportioned apartments. The dining experience is impressive with meals comparable to quality restaurants with a variety of menu selections. The environment feels welcoming with warm and attentive staff. Cadence is an outstanding senior living residence!

I had the opportunity to visit Cadence Chandler recently to look for my parents and came away with a very positive impression. The community feels open, bright, and modern, with a welcoming atmosphere that immediately puts you at ease. One thing I noticed was how many residents were out and about enjoying their day. Whether they were visiting with friends, participating in activities, or simply spending time in the common areas, the community felt active and lively. Jill was extremely helpful throughout the visit. She was easy to talk to, genuinely listened, and took the time to understand what was important to our family. Her knowledge and professionalism made the experience comfortable and informative. What stood out most to me was that Cadence Chandler is a community where residents can truly enjoy this stage of life while still receiving support when needed and not have to move. It was easy to see why so many families choose this community.

When it was time to find a new assisted living facility for my MIL to move closer to us than Casa Grande, we explored the possibility of her moving back to WI to be closer to her daughter/family or relocating closer to us (Chandler). When she went back to WI in 2024, they toured a few facilities there. The one that she was interested in had individual charges for almost everything outside the monthly rentals. That was not something she wanted to have to worry about. So, we set out touring some facilities in the Chandler area. We looked at 4 total (Cadence being the last one). I didn't realize how much facilities vary in pricing, services offered and actual "curb" appeal. The first time walking through the doors of Cadence, I was impressed with the cleanliness, newness and being promptly asked by staff how they could help. I set down with the client relations coordinator expecting to hear how expensive the facility was going to be. Instead, I was surprised with the affordability, what they have to offer. They truly are a one stop fits all and with just one monthly bill. So, I set up a tour for my MIL to come see what she thought. She was extremely impressed with everything, (including filet mignon on the menu!). All the way back to Casa Grande, she kept looking at the brochures and exclaiming what a nice place it was and the price. The very next day, we were able to reserve a room. July 31st 2024 she moved in and couldn't be happier. She has made friends, exercises, goes on outings every week. The best part is she is just now 5 minutes from us instead of 45 and awful I10 traffic. Today, June 10th 2026, she turned 85 and with the help of staff stalling her long enough to getting her surprise set up. She had an amazing day with her Cadence staff and friends. If you are looking for a well-maintained facility, attentive staff, great food, activities for everyone, plus a doctor comes to visit weekly as well as other potential medical needs. It's all right here! Run, don't walk to check out this facility if you have a loved one that needs a great place to transition to.
