I was in this care home. The staff is kind and works very hard. We were lead to believe that there are nurses on staff, there absolutely is NOT The man who is in charge even said he IS a nurse, he’s not. None of the staff is even CNA. People are left for over 10 hour stretches in their wheelchair, unable to move about or change their positions. No engagement for patients. Simply parked in front of a TV or left in bed. Many staff only Spanish speaking. Not enough access to toilets, one toilet shared by 5 patients and staff. Staff not aware of patients needs regarding nail clipping, hair…

I was in this care home. The staff is kind and works very hard. People are left for over 10 hour stretches in their wheelchair, unable to move about or change their positions. No engagement for patients. Simply parked in front of a TV or left in bed. Many staff only Spanish speaking. Not enough access to toilets, one toilet shared by 5 patients and staff. Staff not aware of patients needs regarding nail clipping, hair brushing, tooth brushing, etc. several patients have noticeable black tooth decay and staff not pro active in securing them dental care to ease discomfort. The food is very poor. Almost without exception generic frozen items. Family size frozen “lasagna”, etc. We were actually served sliced hotdogs stirred up in scrambled eggs! Dry cereal is the norm. Little to no fresh fruit or vegetable
My mother was left in the same clothes for days at a time. She was left in bed for many hours, when she could have and should have been encouraged to join activities and socialize. The staff refused to follow medical directions and this resulted in a decline in her health. The manager was unreachable until he contacted us for money.

my grandfather was there for three months the staff was very attentive and caring at all time my grandfather was treated with much love and respect the head caregiver [Removed] was very loving and supportive towards the whole family in these hard times I recommend caring hands corner for their devoted and caring heart
Although the staff is friendly they lack the basic skills needed to recognized basic medical issues. This [Removed] resulted in a hospital stay for our loved one. The owner is ego driven and cared only about getting paid. Again, I don't fault the staff, it's their leadership and poor management. I gave a one star also for activities because they pretty much just leave clients alone or in front of a TV.
