We have known the owner of this facility for a number of years and she is one of the most caring and highly trained persons involved in elder care, including care of elders with limited physical and mental capacity. She has acquired a wealth of knowledge about how to ensure elders feel safe, clean and important. She has attentive highly trained staff and takes extra effort to work with families in caring for the loved ones placed in her facility. We were finally able to place our family member with her and the owner worked closely with us to make sure that all of her needs are met.
