Casa Encanto

I ended up picking this facility for my mother because it’s very low key. There are multiple caretakers on site and the ratio of caregivers per resident is very high. I feel like there is always enough staff to care for everyone and they’re very attentive. It’s a very comfortable atmosphere and they always have home cooked meals. For activities, they don’t offer a lot right now because it’s colder outside but the staff walks my mom around the house and plays games with her. The home itself is well kept and there is no urine smell. I would recommend this facility to other families
