~This facility was bought/ rented by Avra Valley *assisted living* which is for whom this review is to pertain. The lady/ nurse who claims being the renter of this establishment has admitted and on camera to not care about the/ her rules, policies, etc. she had me sign for. Claiming that it is only allowed 7 days worth of property or stuff (what I ask does this even mean?) with no guarantee of keeping safe in a storage never locked outside as anyone outside the gates can waltz in and take (already had neck pillow taken). Her "" rules seem only to be subject to her discretion. No set standards, completely haphazard. Already had open debates but now I am being evicted (fine by me). I refuse to stay where rules are fluid and subjective and standards are inconsistent. Anyway, due to the same distasteful atmosphere of the Bansa house I knew I was in for a repeat. As some reviews in one AV house agrees, always build your own opinions and experience. I'm sure it may be very well with others, but when you want security guaranteed, rules *making sense,* and reasonability this may not be your place. I couldn't even get an explanation or a listening to about my property. She complained about my having a package of bathroom tissue I came in with (about 5 were already gone) because "they" have it already "" available. Adding that that was part of a *huge* mess (package of water bottles half gone, plastic container for and with charger equipment, a thermos, and my brimmed hat-have it on camera). "Not a homeless shelter!" -Never thought it one. But when I have some belongings and when I am told and sign off that they are not guaranteed secure and have seen it, yet told to relinquish them to be placed in a small wooden shed never locked exposed to elements -then no, I refuse. And therefore must leave.
I am not comfortable with the neighborhood.
