The good: the facility has been recently been remodeled and is bright and modern. It is kept up very well and is very clean. The not so good: there has been a lot of staff turnover. Some of the staff have been very caring and competent - others not so much. At first meals were varied and portions were quite sufficient. But it seems than both the portions and the quality of the meals went down over time. Biggest complaint is the lack of communication with family members. The good: the facility has been recently been remodeled and is bright and modern. It is kept up very well and is very clean. The not so good: there has been a lot of staff turnover. Some of the staff have been very caring and competent - others not so much. At first meals were varied and portions were quite sufficient. But it seems than both the portions and the quality of the meals went down over time. Biggest complaint is the lack of communication with family members. Some costs were not clearly communicated on the front end and when there were some issues with other residents that was not communicated until the time that our family member was asked to leave, rather than dealing with those issues when they first came to light.
