Great place to be at ,so warm and inviting thank you so much for taking care of my family!
Based on the experience we have had, we would recommend Cascades of Tucson to other families who may need a place for their loved ones
I have been in this business for 25 years. Cascades is one of the BEST run abs best care you will find, the food is great, the service is great, the managers are on top of it. I can't say enough good things, I have worked here, I also have had my grandmother do respite stays get as well. I own The Right Senior Care Connection if you have any questions about Senior living.
The Cascades is an awesome family-run independent/assisted facility on the Eastside. My husband has Parkinson’s and early dementia and his care is so good that he said I should have moved him there months earlier. Everyone on the staff of every section is caring, and bends over backwards to care for the residents living there. It’s hard to leave a spouse in the care of someone else when you are no longer able. Cascades makes it very easy and I have complete trust in them. Thank you Mr. Howard, for the facility you run and your amazing staff.
We toured the Cascades of Tucson. Everything that we looked at was nice, and they had absolutely wonderful views of the mountains, and it just felt very comfortable. The person that took us on a tour, we're very satisfied with her. The facility was very nice. It had a library and a gym, just like most places. They also had a pool and hot tub. The view was beautiful. The upkeep from what I saw was excellent. It was very nicely landscaped. The room sizes are very adequate.
I toured the Cascades of Tucson. The facility was very nice. The property itself and everything else seemed very good. The people living there were more independent than in a lot of the other places. The apartments were small but comfortable. It was an adequate size. They have adequate facilities. The staff was very personable, knowledgeable of the place, understood what I was looking for, and was very helpful. The dining room was very good. I had lunch there, and the food was okay.
We loved working with the staff, but would've liked things like being able to receive assistance to use his CPAP. With as much as we were paying, reminding him to put it on and turning on the machine once he was in bed didn't seem too much to ask. The facilities are absolutely beautiful, the staff was wonderful and caring and we really enjoyed working with the memory care director. Had our mom not already registered and put money down, we may have done more digging into facilities for him that would accommodate his medical needs. It took a long time to get his meds sorted out.
We cannot rate the activities because our loved one does not participate in them. The food is good but the service is slow and they more often than not get an order wrong especially if it is being picked up.
