Underrenovation currently, when finished should be really beautiful place.
The maintenance worker started yelling at my son who was just looking at the upstairs library, there was a closet door open and his wife asked him what were all those wires. After he yelled at them, he then slammed that door, it was very loud and startled me. Is this how the staff there treats residents living there? Very alarming.

We took our Mother into this facility for a tour (it was under construction and things were a bit messy in which we totally understood with construction and upgrades)... Cathy gave us the tour and informed us that the Maintenance Employee (Nathan Rivera) was going to walk with us; we were fine with this. We got upstairs and went to an empty apartment, things were going great, then we began to leave and stopped at the elevator, we noticed there was a library next to it and went in to check out a common area. My wife noticed a door was open and saw a box with wires, she asked me what this was... I informed here it appears to be a utility closet with comms lines to a server box. At this point, Nathan came over and began barking at us... stated "you can't just look wherever you want. Would you be okay with me coming to your job looking around?" His temper/tone was through the roof. My wife began to explain that she was asking me what this room was. He didn't want to hear any answer from her. He still kept on his rant, informed us again that we just can't look wherever... I stated "yes we can... and the door was wide open for anyone to look inside"... this really upset him, he then grab the door and slammed it. At this junture we started walking back to the elevatore to grab my Mother. She asked what was the loud noise? We just told her... okay it's time to go Mom. Nathan Rivera is extremely unprofessional... especially for an environment where elderly people live. If he is willing to treat family members doing a tour for their loved one this way... how does he treat the residents there??? Not cool at all. He is just a plain JERK. We then called back when leaving the parking lot, Cathy answered the phone, my wife asked who or what company owns the property now? (We were informed it's under new management) Her response was "I don't know". How do you not know if you are the manager that lives onsite? She then said "ok, thank you I will call back Monday to talk to Sandra, the other manager." The one star review isn't for the apartment, the complex, or the view. All which were great. It is soley for the customer service we encountered on our second visit to the facility.

Everything we own is stolen. From coffee cups to Amazon deliveries. Not a good environment. We deserve better but nothing is ever done about it.
