I cannot recommend Center at Arrowhead Physical Therapy and Rehabilitation enough. The entire staff is incredibly welcoming, professional, and knowledgeable. The nursing staff, especially Alysa, Alecia, Brian, Jariah, Amani, Shanita, Amanda, and Alycia, provided exceptional, compassionate care, always making sure I was comfortable and well-monitored. The specialized medical attention was top-notch, including the excellent support from wound care specialist Tony. Navigating the logistics was seamless thanks to the patient advocate team, specifically Maryland, Joshua, Anna, and Anita, who fought for my needs and kept communication perfectly clear between everyone involved. From day one, the therapists, especially Matt, Mark, and Kaitlyn, created a personalized recovery plan tailored to my specific goals, guiding me through every step with patience and encouragement. Thanks to this coordinated, top-tier care, I am now strong enough and able to enter my second phase with outpatient physical therapy. If you want a team that truly cares about your complete recovery and treats you like family, this is the place to go!
My mother recently stayed at the Center at Arrowhead for two weeks after having spinal surgery. Her recovery experience at this facility was excellent. The entire staff was helpful and caring (big shout out to the 3rd Floor nursing staff and Josh). They listened to our concerns and guided us through the process with Medicare. The patient care and physical therapy exceeded our expectations. I would not hesitate to use this facility again.
Highly recommend The Center of Arrowhead, the facility is very clean and all employees are very loving educated and all around caring people with big hearts. Patient advocate Josh Hays is very helpful and truly understands the family’s needs and concerns as well as patients. Would recommend to anyone who wants great care for family members.
The Center at Arrowhead provided top-notch care for my grandma during her stay. The staff is attentive, kind, and truly dedicated to their residents. I especially want to highlight Cierra, the Activity Director — she does an absolute amazing job keeping everyone involved, smiling, and active. We are so grateful for the outstanding care my grandma received here!
As an active working RN, I pay close attention to the details of patient care, communication, and professionalism. Because of that, I can honestly say I was incredibly impressed with the care both of my parents received at The Center at Arrowhead. They each stayed for over two weeks, and both had outstanding experiences. From the moment they were admitted, every interaction was positive. The onboarding staff made the process smooth, the case manager kept our family informed, the nurses were compassionate and attentive, and the physical and occupational therapists were knowledgeable, encouraging, and truly invested in my parents' recovery. What stood out most to me was that no detail was overlooked. Every member of the team treated my parents with kindness, respect, and genuine compassion. The facility itself had a calm, welcoming atmosphere—not overly loud or chaotic—which made a real difference in their comfort and healing. As both a family member and a registered nurse, I know excellent care when I see it, and Center at Arrowhead exceeded my expectations. I am truly grateful for everything they did for my parents and would highly recommend this facility to anyone needing quality rehabilitation care.
I have Been at several rehab facilities in the past 5 years and this has been my favorite place by far. The nursing staff was very nice and attentive, the therapy department was extremely caring and the food was excellent. I'd like to thank a few people that cared for me while I was there for my stay- Amani, Krysta and Amanda were nurses that were very helpful and super knowledgeable when it came to my care. One person I'd like to personally thank was Joshua the patient advocate. He helped with anything I needed, from fixing my computer to even updating my family on how my stay was when my personal cell phone wasn't working. Id recommend this place to anyone who's is in need of a short term facility.
My stay at the Center was amazing. The facility was very clean and filled with caring and supportive staff. Gabby the nurse, Joshua the patient advocate, Rudy and Mark in therapy, Tony from wound care were among the many exemplary staff members that were especially outstanding. I would highly recommend the Center at Arrowhead for any short term skilled nursing rehab needs.
My mom was recently a patient at Center at Arrowhead. She was there for 3 mos after major back surgery. If I could give this place a zero I would and if you’re considering this place for a loved one I highly recommend that you don’t!! The nursing staff and CNA staff are awful. They act like taking care of senior citizens that are unable to tend to themself is beneath them. I observed on several occasions the poor attitude of the staff. We hired patient advocates to help us make sure this rehabilitation center did their job(s) but meeting after meeting with the director of this facility, the staff would be ok for a day and then fall right back into their bad habits. The patient case manager, Melinda, was supposed to call us weekly with updates on how mom was doing, but she never called. It was only when the advocate team spoke with the her or the director would we then get a call. And if it wasn’t for the fact that we had hired these patient advocates, we wouldn’t have known the serious health issues that my mom incurred while at that facility. Many times my mom was left in wheelchair for up to 5hours. She developed serious cellulitis from way too many in the wheelchair. Even after confronting the staff about them leaving her in the chair too long, it just continued. Center at Arrowhead is there to take your money with doing the least amount of work they can. There were so many issues there. She is now at a different place and she is thriving!! The service is awesome and they care so much about her wellbeing. I implore you to not take your loved one to Center at Arrowhead! If they are unable to walk, talk, or fend for themselves, the staff will not be of good service. The nurses hate their jobs and it’s highly obvious and the director of this place does nothing to make sure proper care is done to ensure your loved recovers well. If it wasn’t for the advocates we had hired we would’ve pulled my mom out sooner. But we kept giving them the benefit of the doubt that things would change. Obviously they did not.
