Chandler Post Acute Took very good care of me. The staff is very kind understanding and helpful. They were all wonderful to me and if you have to stay somewhere like that, it’s nice to stay somewhere where you are really cared for cared about and given the very best opportunity to get better that you possibly can. I recommend highly Chandler Post Acute care if you ever need to be in such a facility I would gladly go back there anytime should I need to

I highly recommend this skilled nursing facility to anyone in need of rehabilitation or skilled nursing care. The staff truly goes above and beyond to make patients feel comfortable, respected, and well cared for. The nursing team is compassionate, attentive, and professional, always responding promptly to patients’ needs. Nurse Dani she is one of the most caring nurses she is on time with medication she is how do I put she’s my favorite. She’s the best she’s care for us. My roommate. She’s always taking care of her wounds. She’s always doing the most I mean. I see her running down the hallways all the time in and out of other patients rooms I mean this woman’s early to work. I mean this lady does more than she should and she should be validated and given a huge award or something, but she is truly the best and I’m not being funny or anything like that and I couldn’t have asked for a better nurse in the world I…

I mean this lady does more than she should and she should be validated and given a huge award or something, but she is truly the best and I’m not being funny or anything like that and I couldn’t have asked for a better nurse in the world I mean she made my life wonderful while I was here and honestly, I love her so this is my true feelings toward her and I think she should be awarded best nurse ever thank you. Marco Medina. He is one of the best nurses and I have ever come encountered with. When I first came to Chandler postacute Marcos processed me. He was very kind and warm. He tended to all my knees. He made me feel welcome. He calmed me down because I was very agitated Marco‘s also, and all the three times that I’ve been back to this facility has treated me nothing but with kindness he’s a very hard worker he is in and out up and down all around this facility. His hard work is endless. I can’t say enough about Marco. He takes the time out each and every patient and gives each one of us his personal time. Marco is like the boss man that is his nickname that I have come to know but he’s also a very caring nurse and a wonderful charge nurse. I was Marcos at knitting patients at knitting patients, discharging patients up and down this hallway all day long and it seems like he never gets tired. I respect this man hiding. I truly hope that you guys value him that much as well. Ken Brogan have been important in might stay here I have a phone here washing your Kim brush my aid to help me up. Put me to bed care for me the entire day. He also has been a great nurse to me. I watched him in and out of these rooms all day. I watch Ken also reproductive and give him medication doesn’t miss a leg. He’s very kind and courteous to all patients joy to know and I respect him. and I think Kim deserves a raise or validated or some type of award Thank you, Kim for your service sincerely, LATONYA. Leah Del clans she is a very hard-working CNA. She’s always taken care of us as patient making sure our food trays get out and end on time making sure our knees are mad. She’s always on time answering life. I think she should be validated. Kianna CNA. She is a wonderful CNA she carries with the patient. She was always up and down is always in and out of the room catching in the. This is truly good to me since the time she can’t short time, but in her short time, this lady indigent at her job and sufficient she is always answering people who lives here always being the sweetest. She’s one of your most valuable staff members someone who needs to be honored for some type of an award endeavors. In life, I hope you pursue to your fullest potential, God bless you sincerely La Tonya Glass

Professional and personable staff. Clean and inviting facility and grounds. Was there at lunch time and the food even looked great. Very impressive operation.

Wasn't pleased the first time insurance put my dad here, was even more disappointed the second time my dad was placed here. When we asked for assistance one person after the next says "I'll let the CNA know you need help". 5 staff people sitting at the nurses station.... each one passes the buck. God forbid they help the patients. Groups of nursing students in the hallway chatting... but go into my dads room and he has no water, has the same clothes on two days in a row, bed not changed.... I could go on and on. Therapy comes in and patient not ready... therapist would say we asked staff 25 minutes ago for him to be ready, still waiting. Man at nurses desk watching a program on his phone each night we came in. Asked the guy watching tv about the posibility of getting my dad a shower before his discharge. The next day staff says they never knew anything about it. One aid went above and beyond, Aaron.. he asked would you like help shaving your dad? It had been weeks ... my dad isnt capable. If Aaron saw the call light on he would ask if we were helped... even if it wasn't his assigned room. Sad situation...

The admission team was just absolutely delightful, i knew i was in right hands with the assortment of wonderful staff. The physical therapists are always on it!

This facility is fantastic!! The therapy team is always on top of my family members care :) I love walking in to see smiling faces!! thanks Chandler post!!

All right I am ready to leave a review. I was a patient there for approximately 2 weeks after knee replacement surgery. The staff is all very nice the nurses the nurses assistance and physical therapist. One of the problems is it takes some quite a while to answer the Bell which is way too long. My biggest complaint concern is with physical therapy. If they worked with me on a Friday you don't see them again until Monday. I believe they should have had me up and walking daily at least once. If you don't have enough employees to handle the patient perhaps you should limit the number of admissions.
