I cannot express enough gratitude for the exceptional care my loved one received at Compassionate Manor. From the moment we walked through the doors, we were welcomed with warmth and kindness. Each resident's needs are carefully assessed and addressed, ensuring that everyone receives tailored support. The caregivers took the time to understand my loved one’s preferences and routines, making them feel right at home. The facility is well-maintained, clean, and designed with comfort in mind. The living spaces are bright and inviting, providing a cozy atmosphere that feels like home. The team is fantastic at keeping family members informed and involved in their loved one’s care. They are always available to answer questions and provide updates, which gives peace of mind. Overall, Compassionate Manor exceeded our expectations in every way. My mother was only supposed to be there temporarily while my husband underwent surgery and recovery. Mom has been so happy and healthy (she is thriving) she didn’t want to leave. She is now a permanent resident. We drop in at various times she is always happy clean and dressed appropriately. The food is delicious. I can’t say enough about this home. It truly is a home feeling. The care givers all treat my mother as well as the other residents with kindness and compassion. My mother was only supposed to be there temporarily while my husband underwent surgery and recovery. Mom has been so happy and healthy (she is thriving) she didn’t want to leave. She is now a permanent resident. We drop in at various times she is always happy clean and dressed appropriately. The food is delicious. She has actually gained weight (she had lost interest in eating before coming here). Mom has made friends and we often find her chatting and giggling like a schoolgirl. Mom has Alzheimer’s as well as a few other health needs. It’s a struggle to find a place you can trust with your loved one’s. Compassionate Manor Assisted Living is such a blessing. They have plenty of indoor and outdoor activities to keep the residents engaged. Compassionate Manor is worth every penny we pay. Theilevel of care is far above and beyond any other places I’ve seen. I highly recommend them for your loved ones
This facility maintains a high standard of cleanliness, and the caregivers are exceptionally attentive, promptly addressing the needs of the residents. I have had the opportunity to speak with several residents and their families, all of whom have shared nothing but positive feedback about their experiences here."

Sasha has a natural charisma that is so refreshing to be around ! Her experience and knowledge are paired with her confidence and genuine kindness . After caring for my mom for two years I am so blessed to have found this wonderful home ! They hold a standard of care that is outstanding ! I couldn’t have asked for a better home away from home ! They are so welcoming every time I show up to visit my mom . All of the staff is trained to keep this high standard set by Sasha. Don’t miss out! Compassionate Manor represents its name well along with so many other attributes .
I had to move my grandmother to a new home in February 2020. She passed away in August 2021. She had demential. [nmae removed] and her husband took such good care of her and I am so grateful. It is difficult to be a caregiver (especially during the COVID outbreak). I am so impressed and would recommend this home emphatically.
They care, and do everything possible to provide fullness of life.
Nice, small. home-like setting. Dad did not like- both men were in their 90s and neither spoke when we were there.
Please do not use this service I had unfortunately used this and took the word of the senior advisor telling me that there were people out there that would love to take care of my mother. I chose Compass Rose because it was smaller and [Removed] was the owner and at first very nice. Until my mom placed I saw the red flags. [Removed] said she has night time nurses ,so I simply ask when is a good time to come and meet them. She blew up at me and yelled at me in front of my mom. She obviously has something to hide she doesn't have help. She can not do this on her own. Also please do not trust [Removed] he was no help in helping with this situation. Remember do not put your loved one in the hands of Compass Rose in Scottsdale Arizona.
