I don't like the decorations, so they have to work on upgrading it, but it's clean. The people there are very friendly. Sometimes they go to his room and talk to him for hours just to keep him occupied. They'll come in to see if he's hungry. They'll prepare snacks that he likes and they have no problem with that. My relative moved into Desert Breeze Assisted Living. It has a nice homey atmosphere. They clean the place all the time. He has a room that has a cable TV. I don't like the decorations, so they have to work on upgrading it, but it's clean. The people there are very friendly. Sometimes they go to his room and talk to him for hours just to keep him occupied. They'll come in to see if he's hungry. They'll prepare snacks that he likes and they have no problem with that. They only have 5 residents there. This is the second set of staff that they have. First, they had Filipino ladies who were just nice. Now, they have a couple living there 24/7. I kind of like the fact that it's the same people, and not switching around because then they get to know the patients better. I checked a lot of places and I'd say they're on the lowest side in terms of price. They have a nice living room and the residents can go out there to do activities, but there are no physical activities. They have a nice yard there. When you first come out of the patio doors, there's a nice table. And then further in the yard, there's a table with an umbrella.
We looked around at a few different place and Desert Breeze of Chandler looked like the it was the most well kept and comfortable place. It has worked out very well. She is in a private room and it is great size for her. The best part about the community so far has been the staff members, they are very respectful and have taken great care of my mom. I would definitely recommend.
Desert Breeze is the second AL my mother has lived. She was unhappy and not doing well in the first home. She is so happy in Desert Breeze on South Amber. The owners are organized, caring, and have done so much for my mother to make her feel welcome. The caregivers are professional and kind. My mother has some quirky needs and they are always accommodating. The food is homemade with a varied menu. My mother has gained the 10 pounds she lost in the last facility where she didn't eat the Costco packaged food. I highly recommend Desert Breeze as an exceptional AL for mom or dad.

THIS CARE HOME IS AWESOME! THE OWNERS ARE VERY NICE AND ACCOMMODATING. THE STAFF IS TOP NOTCH! YOU CAN SEE IT FROM THE CARE THEY GIVE TO THEIR PATIENTS. THEY REALLY KNOW WHAT THEY ARE DOING. NO SHORT CUTS. KUDDOS TO THE WHOLE TEAM!!!
Desert Breeze is the cleanest, most caring community i have been. My Mother-in-law has been a resident at Desert Breeze of Chandler since May 2017. She has been kept clean, feed well, and cared for with love and Kindness. I would highly recommend Desert Breeze to anyone.
This is a great facility and I would recommend it for anybody. Great staff with a family feel. Facility is clean and is in a great location! 5 stars for sure!
