Aubrey and Kristina are both professionals that bring a higher level of compassion and comfort to their residence and the family. My FIL lives here currently. The staff are wonderful and very caring. He is able to get up, walk around, sit and chat, rest if he needs to, etc pretty much whenever he wants. All the meals are homemade. It's a very relaxing environment, with the knowledge that he still has access to a doctor, pharmacy, therapists, xrays, etc. We are very comfortable with Dad being here.
Visited at the home with [name removed] on July 8th. Home was nice and clean with large community area and nice outdoor seating. Caregiver was out on an errand. Caregiver has her own bedroom at the facitlity. Did not meet any residents, they were all in their rooms with doors closed. Sounds like most eat meals in their rooms. Some activities if resident is interested. He has two rooms available and also has a hoyer lift. Shower was roll-in with a shower chair. There are 4 residents there now. [name removed] is very musical and will entertain residents. He is a well renowned singer.

This is the perfect place for my mom. It’s like being home to her with all the help she needs. The care is excellent and she is being spoiled. She loves it there. All her needs and some she don’t is being taken care of. The care and love you can see and feel. They really care about the tenants. I would recommend Desert Palms always.
We liked the care from this community for the short time. The staff was caring and helpful. They offer a lot of healthy meals that she enjoyed. We were happy with the care from this community for the value and care for a loved one.
Friendly, professional, and extremely clean at the right price! My father is happy and well cared for. Family and friends are welcomed and greeted with care. Highly recommended.
I am really happy with them. It's clean, and the staff is friendly, attentive and responsive. I really don't know how much activity they do, but they did take the residents out to dinner one night. As far as I can see, the food is pretty good on a regular basis. I liked that this was a smaller less active place, I liked how laid back this was. They weren't as regimented, this fit his personality better. The only thing that would say is they could use a little more staff, you could always use more staff. They really helped bring in hospice, I tried to bring them in before and got denied, but they were able to make it happen.
I rate the caregivers at Desert Palms Adult Care at the high end of the spectrum. They are kind to my Mother and try their very best to please her. My Mother is 101 years old. This home is far above the two previous facilities she was in.
