I had the pleasure of knowing Alyce Stevens for over 5 years. Alyce is incredibly caring and shows genuine passion for helping seniors and their families. Her dedication and compassion shine through in everything she does, making a real difference in the lives of those she serves. A true professional with a heart of gold!
Alyce was amazing! She guided us through my dad’s care when he needed rehab and later helped us find a program that pays family caregivers. Thanks to her, my dad is doing much better. I’m so grateful. I never would’ve known about these services without her!

I highly recommend Reina McRae of Integrity Senior Placement in Phoenix, AZ! In 2016, Reina arranged a wonderful 30-day assisted living apartment for my step-dad’s extended rehab after a medical emergency. Her knowledge of senior care services in the Phoenix area is invaluable. This year (2025), Reina helped me place my mom in a memory care facility, and once again, she found the best place that met our needs. She knows all the senior care options, and will guide you toward the ones that meet her high standards. Reina is responsive, compassionate, and truly cares about her clients’ needs, providing expert guidance every step of the way. I am leaving a review for Pamela Salazar, who is an amazing provider and delivers excellent quality care at all times. It's so easy to see she is a compassionate individual who truly cares about every one of her patients and is all about helping someone however and whenever they need it. The whole time she will do things with positive energy and the friendliest of attitudes/demeanor. If there is someone you want as a caregiver and provider it is Pam!
I am writing this review to express my appreciation to Gage, a Caregiver working at North Scottsdale Retreat where my family member just moved. When visiting there, I can't help but notice the kindness and attention he gives to all who reside there. I also heard from my family member that he and Gage have developed a bond and that he trusts Gage very much which is something he never mentioned to us in the last home that he lived. This is why I felt it was important to point that out. We're very grateful that Gage is employed at this home.
Gage is a good sole who cares deeply for each resident. I've witnessed how my brother benefits greatly from his kindness and sincere efforts to understand and build a trust between them. He truly respects all the residents, providing encouraging words and assistance as needed. It's such a comfort seeing his happy face when I visit, knowing he's there, making such an important difference to everyone in comes in contact with. 10 stars to Gage!
