Foothills Rehabilitation Center

Maybe it's different in other wings but this place is just not good. They seem to hire the bottom of the barrel here. The night nurse actually gets mad if you need something, and just talks on her phone the whole time and the case manager that I got assigned to really doesn't care about anybody here. I can't even walk with a wheelchair worldwalker and she's telling me that I need to be discharged now and that I am all healed. After a shattered hip, two broken shoulders, my rib cage is very fractured, and I had spinal surgery just a month ago. I am definitely not healed!!! I still need assistance in so much in my recovery. And they are not willing to help

I rate This Place 5 stars because of The staff that I’ve Have dealt with for the past 6 Months , My Mom was In the Respiratory unit Hands Down The RT team IS very Good and Knowledgeable Most of all Kind, Being In Dr Natrajan Care 🙌🏽 The Best we have continued with him wish we can bring The RTs with Us! , Mayra, Helped me every step of the way! The Nurses That We Had Are The Best Ones!!! Day Shift Rosario, Vicki, Barbie, , Night Shift Hoa And Mary We Had Dr. Alsbie was Our Dr, I wish that we could’ve continued with him, He is the Best and The Nurses appreciated him so much that he’s Available For them .. OMG!!! The wound Care Team!!! You have a wound come here !!! Steven And Nabi work wonders !!! Being in their care made a difference, they explain and teach you so u can Do better ! They are the most Knowledgeable work great together!! In Our Experience Consistency Is Key. The consistency provided by the facility made the Process A little Easier. They Made Arrangements to accommodate my Mom who is a Quad, and now on a Ventilator for being the worst thing , I wanted To change her Feeding formula they helped me! Every one I came in contact with Listened to me, didn’t turn me away with my concerns and Questions. Having people in places like this that are Good And Helpful Make A Difference.

Most of the staff was hands off. The wait time for a nurse was very long. Not much in the way of communication of who was who as they entered the room. The therapists were a bright spot.

What a wonderful experience. I went from not sitting up to using a walker in a short time. The staff is knowledgeable, kind and works to meet individual goals and needs. I wholeheartedly recommend Foothills for rehab.

I would like to say that I enjoyed my physical therapy at the Foothills rehab .I would like to thank them very much for doing an amazing job .Because if it wasn't for them I wouldn't have came this far thank you Andy,Amy, Josie, Dave, Chloe also the rest of the crew. I would like to also say thank you for the support you guys have given me. Especially when I thought I couldn't do certain things Now I'm on the way to walking out of here. I would like to also thank the respiratory team they did an amazing job Leticia, Wendy, Myra, Juan,Lupe also princess Ariel Bobby
