The nurse, Yvette, is also wonderful and follows though with requests to the doctor when I had questions. She reported the doctor's message back promptly. Kyle, another nurse, is kind and thoughtful who treats you well and always follows though. All of these people are assets to this great place.
My mother was there for 21days.She wants me me to say a HUGEthank you to the great nurses and CNAs who took great care of her.Barb,Yevette,Kat,Lisa,Rebecca,Casandra,Camille,Denise,April,Holly,Bridgette,Mannie,Mac.Huge thank you for your excellent car. Too bad my mother couldn't say kind words for the food!!!Thank goodness for the HOT coffee.
I really liked my experience at fountain hills. The care was very personal and caring. The therapy was excellent. The food varied from good to bad. The nursing and cna staff were great. Rebecca, cna went above and beyond with my care.Also, Barb and Chelsea, nurses, were above and beyond with my care.

My stay here was Great my favorite people who were supportive and incredibly helpful were as followed, Rebecca, Lisa, Barb, Chelsea and Kyle. I was there for a month and needed much help and support because of my previous surgery, which was very painful. I needed very special care for the month and which they provided for me. How’s that?
My Mom, Johanna, has been in this facility for 8 weeks and has had the best care from her CNA Rebecca. She takes great care of her and always keeps me informed as to how things are going. She's very friendly person and everyone that visits my Mom likes her. Anyone who is in this facility get good care from everyone on staff.
Beautiful facility! I love the fact that all the suites are private; no sharing of room or bathroom. The staff are so friendly and welcoming! When I’ve toured other facilities, I didn’t the feel the same welcoming feeling like I did when I toured Fountain Hills Post Acute. Would highly recommend this place!
This is such an Amazing place! Right when you walk in the Energy is just great! Honestly all of the staff here are really friendly and caring. I really love when you walk in & see the fireplace… it reminds me of home. I love this place for my family member. Thank you for such a great 1st impression! Y’all rock!!!
Fountain Hills Post Acute is a wonderful facility with spacious, clean rooms that create a comfortable environment for recovery. The therapy team is excellent, providing attentive and effective care, while the nursing staff is compassionate, professional, and always responsive to patient needs. Highly recommended.
