After the new owners took over care went downhill. Ended up moving out my Grandmother to another home.
My mother lives here. She has nothing but praise for the staff during our weekly visit. They go out of their way to accommodate her individual preferences during meals and routine daily activities. She marvels always at their efficient systems in place for the care they provide.
Golden Age Assisted Living exceeded our expectations. I own Mountain View Hospice and we had a patient that was placed in this home and not only did they care for him. They treated him like he was family. The owner would dance with him "do the cha cha" This was an amazing staff and care for our patient. Thank you Golden Age Assisted Living!!
Another super clean home. The caregiver was very, very nice however it only has one client and my mom is coming from a home with 24 people. There all of them usually sit around watching each other or visitors coming and going. Mom does not watch tv so would be bored at this home.
Nice, clean and very friendly. Met the mother and mother in law. Owner was not available. Seemed very caring.
Golden Age was run very nicely, but the people running it were older, and where he is, they are all younger. Other than that it was a very nice facility with a homey atmosphere, and the rooms were nice; everything looked fine.
Golden Age Assisted Living was recommended to us by the hospital. My wife is happily living in there and I am very satisfied with the facility. Their rooms are good.
This is a parivate home care facility. The house and grounds are maintained. There are trees, shrubs, and some greenery. They have 7 residents. The rooms are private and semi-private rooms. All are handicapped equipped. They do all housekeeping and laundry. They do home cooking. There are three meals a day and snacks. The food is ok. They do all three levels of care. There is ability for hospice. Most residents are dementia or Alzheimer. They have a doctor who comes in. All caregivers are certified. /the staff is congenial. The residents are clean. They do not transport to appointments. They do some in house activities as exercises, some games, movies, birthday parties, and one on one activities. They are limited by residents abilities. They rely on family for outings and transport. This home is ok but I feel there could be more stimulation.
