Haven was very good to mom (Ruby) the last few months. Since February she's been in and out of Haven for various recovery reasons and they took great care of her. Attended to her needs and listened and helped us through many situations. A big special shout out to Michelle (social worker) and Miss Mary (CNA). They both went above and beyond to make things easier throughout Mom's stays. Mom passed on June 18th at home in her bed just the way she wanted. Haven was very good to mom (Ruby) the last few months. Since February she's been in and out of Haven for various recovery reasons and they took great care of her. They both went above and beyond to make things easier throughout Mom's stays. Mom passed on June 18th at home in her bed just the way she wanted. We're devastated 💔 but Michelle is still helping us out even today. I had some questions regarding will stuff and she didn't hesitate to reach out and answer my questions and help calm my worries. She also gathered mom's belongings that got left behind and is holding them until we can pick them up. Talk about going above and beyond. Thank you all so much for your care and your extra help. My husband and I appreciate you. And I almost forgot but the PT was a favorite part of mom's days while in Haven and she always bragged to us how many pull ups or whatever she had accomplished that day. And very much enjoyed the instructors and the way they challenged her.
My status was long but I was taken care of very well cna Bree and Belinda so so shelpful always, Michelle K in social services was so amazing on my apps and discahrge

I want to Thank the staff for taking care if me while my stay at Haven Lakeside. I also want to say how grateful I am for social services lady Michelle for going above and beyond on my discharge needs. This is my place of choice If I need pt care . Juanita Anderson
They treated me real good and they made sure I was well taken care of.
As a resident there for a week. No where did I sign, and I was not made aware that there was a curfew. If your not back before midnight, they pack your things and delete you from the computer. I went back and collected my things from the front office. People yell and scream all night long like a mental asylum. Oh and my chamber pot (bedside cammode) went days without being cleaned or emptied. With only a handful of great workers, who get forced to pick up the slack everyone else drops! I am grateful for the few amazing workers and for being able to have visitors. I am better off at home.
Do your research and check their medicare rating. 70 complaints in the last 3 years and several recent abuse citations. Management only cares about money and it shows in their patient outcomes.
The staff at Haven were very professional and helpful. They were quick to answer any questions and were very attentive to my mother's needs. Michelle is wonderful to work with and really cares about the people. Highly recommend this facility for your family's healthcare needs. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
