Nurse Sue is prompt attentive caring with a great attitude towards residents and families in crisis. FRONT DESK IS VERY CURTEOUS MOST DAY ARE GREAT MY FATHER LOOKS WONDERFUL .OTHER DAYS YOU CAN SEE WHO IS JUST THERE FOR THE CHECK . REGARDLESS OF HOW.UNDER PAID. cnas remarking under their breathe we. There is an enthusiastic thank you from him . . . It is hit or miss. Week days are always better than the weekends. .but as anything place he does like to eat the food. Here or there.
Staff seems to care. No foul odors when entering. No people sitting in the hallway moaning and crying. They had an activity going when I arrived. The menu seems pleasing.

My father is in heritage heath, The staff is very friendly and helpful, they answer all my questions and address any issues that may arise, the PT team is great and he's taken to his Dr. Appointments on time, good job Heritage
It was a good visit with Sue Gstewood. She seemed happy and her room was nice and clean.
