Highgate Flagstaff is a beautiful facility and community! They have one of the absolute best chefs in town and I so enjoy visiting their community. They often have live music and events and it's a great joy to be present with them in the day to day adventures of doing life together.
The girl named Gigi who gave my grandma her medicine was very rude to my family and I. All I had asked was a question and she cut me off, saying I was interrupting her when she was speaking. We are here to be voices for our family and understand what they are going through. I never dealt with someone with so much anger. We drove 15 hours to visit, and were not expecting to be met with such hostility.
Highgate Senior Living- Flagstaff has quickly become an engaging partner in our community engagement efforts with the police department. Generously and graciously hosting Coffee with a Cop events and Pizza with the Police events has enabled our partnership to flourish. None of this would be possible without the collective efforts of Angelique and Val who established the relationship and maintain consistent communications strengthen this partnership. Chief Antonio provides the food for these events and is always welcoming at the events. When we enter the facility, the welcoming face and smile of Pat sitting at the front desk is always a joy and her offering a snack or drink is icing on the cake. I have creating lasting friendships with the residents and enjoy spending time with them at the community engagement events all thanks to the sales team and friendly faces I mentioned. The staff really goes above and beyond to create joyful, meaningful celebrations that residents truly look forward to and there is always something uplifting happening, keeping seniors, engaged, social and smiling! Every team member is kind, patient and incredibly giving. They consistently go the extra mile to make life comfortable, personalized, and full of dignity for every resident. The sales specialist Angelique puts her whole heart into what she does. She takes the time to listen, support, and make every person feel welcome, cared for, and right at home. Her warmth genuinely makes you feel like you’re joining a family. Highgate Senior Living isn’t just a place to live. It’s a place to belong. I couldn’t be more impressed or more grateful for the loving dedication that they show every day.
